1) Fabulous ship – absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable, in pristine condition, and very well designed. The ship itself was well maintained — clean, efficient, well-organized, friendly and helpful staff. The crew was so unfriendly and truly looked miserable. We traveled with our 3 children (10,8 and 2), we went on this same boat 4 years ago and had a horrible time year. The boat is not maintained. We chose this cruise due to the hype. A new vessel seemed appealing. Boarding the ship was a breeze. The Oceanview Cafe was very crowded. Once we ate we went to find our cabin. The elevators were (over)crowded the entire cruise. Sometimes we had to grab an elevator going down to go up.

The ship is well appointed and beautiful as one would expect from a Celebrity ship but it’s almost as though design may have outdone functionality.
Check-in process was fastest on record with minimal lineups and printed seapass provides direct access to the ship where room keys are waiting for you at your stateroom. Disembarkation process was super easy.

Pros- The ship is really very nice. Plenty of deck chairs, both in the sun and in shady areas. The pool is very large compare to other pools on other celebrity ships.
