Amazing Caribbean Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

We have cruised many times before, but never to the Caribbean. We chose Celebrity for the all-inclusive drinks and great service and previous experience of cleanliness of their ships. We flew to Fort Lauderdale on a crowded British Airways plane where my husband and I could not even sit next to each other - and the alcohol ran out 4 hours into the flight! It was a long and uncomfortable 10 ...

We went on our first cruise to celebrate my 50th Birthday and wow, we were super impressed by Celebrity and were told by many cruise addicts, once aboard, that we had selected by far and away the best line and a great ship. Our concierge class cabin 1210, was excellent, with very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes, cases and other items. The balcony was excellent, with very ...

A belated 70th birthday celebration for both of us. We picked this cruise for the islands it was visiting. Only complaint was the wind on deck 15 the first two days. The rest of the cruise had some great weather and smooth sailing. Ship is very nice, cabin was good...enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Food was great,if you were hungry it was your own fault. Our head server was awesome, one of ...

Sleepless cruise

Itinerary and ship! Boy were we disappointed in our cabin! 3119. Not sure anyone would know what was was above the ceiling until you were there. We complained to room steward and then management and then guest services. Apparently we weren’t considered an emergency move, which was requested after second day. Such an expensive “sleepless” cruise....so disappointing. Other than our ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We had not been to St. Lucia. This cruise was port heavy with 5 in a row. However two days at sea on the way down and 2 days on the way back. We were with another couple who had not sailed with Celebrity before, This was our fifth cruise with Celebrity. We flew to Ft. Lauderdale and had a day to explore in the city. We went on the Jungle Queen tour ...

Usually we cruise RCCL but decided on Reflection to try a 10 day itenerary that suited us.We arranged our entirer vacation through Celebrity. Precruise hotel was overrated and pick up arrangements made by Celebrity from hotel to pier was a disaster. Driver was late! Very late and we received no info at all. We arrived at the pier and boarded barely in time for the muster drill! Missed out on ...

Older ship, but clean

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

We took the 4 day cruise from Fort Lauderdale to key West/Nassau. The people were very nice, the food was good and plentiful and the ship was clean. We were looking to chill out for a few days, so we didn't take any shore excursions or see any shows on the ship - we didn't even eat at any of the specialty restaurants. We had a balcony room on Deck 6 and it was nice. Our room steward,Irwin, ...

No Frills Cruising

I read reviews and the ones I read before sailing were pretty critical of the ship and food, so here is my opinion on the ship I recently sailed on. Yes, the ship’s interior stateroom I had, 6011, could have used new bedding, curtains and furniture, but I found it to be very clean, with very fresh sheets. The lighting in the rooms could also be updated and I did not find a plug in the ...

Stunning Ship, Amazing Crew, Blown Away by Creativity of Ship and Show Design

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Edge

For those of you that are getting ready to go on the Edge, or thinking about booking, pay no attention to the negative reviews. I made the mistake about worrying about them but I wasted time doing that. This ship is the most spectacular thing I have seen in the way of design in a long, long time. It is different than what other cruise ships (traditional) have to offer. But it is so much more. ...
