My teenage daughter and I just returned from our very first cruise and we loved it! The Equinox is a beautiful ship and everywhere we went there were staff members cleaning and keeping it beautiful! We love Celebrity and this is our fourth cruise. The only reason I took a point off was because stopping in Punta Cana was a complete waste of time. This in my opinion should be removed from the itinerary. There is absolutely NOTHING to do unless you pay $$$ to visit a resort. I also understand the ship is being refurbished and it needs to be. I had high expectations post-revolution as I was on the Summit last August and was excited to see the improvements. Were it not for the excellent staff I would have left really pissed off.

This was our second cruise on the Summit, first post-Revolution obviously. We went Aqua Class for the first time.
Embarkation was easy and prompt, no waiting. We also appreciated being able to drop our bags in the room even though it wasn't completely ready yet.

We enjoyed everything about this cruise. The staff were amazing, ports were fun and the ship was beautiful.
We had wonderful weather and we found all the ports very easy to navigate. We opted to do beach trips on our own and even though our son is in a wheelchair we found the taxis in each destination very easy to use.
