We chose it because our 3 previous cruises with Celebrity. Which were all excellent. Embarkarkation did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, but the disembarkationn was good no problems. The first impressions of the ship were how clean everything looked, and how nice to be greeted with lots of smiling faces. The cabin was quite spacious with plenty of storage space, also spotless no issues there. We ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary which included several ports we hadn't been to before. We had a Sky suite after having been aqua before but I'm not really sure what the advantages actually were. Our Butler did nothing and forgot to do the things we asked . I've had much better service from our cabin stewards .So I would not pay all that extra money next time ,using the money instead ...

Disappointing revisit

I was forced to choose this cruise because Celebrity relocated Equinox to the Caribbean after I had booked a Greek Island Cruise on her, so in fairness this cruise was 'second choice'. I had cruised on Constellation many years ago before the launching of the Solstice Class ships which I have cruised on very happily for some years. Constellaion, is not in the same league as the Solstice class ...

We cruises last year with the Constellation and the public areas are nice refurbished. I hope that the cabins also in a short time will be refurbished. On this ship you can always have a quiet place to relax and also in the public areas there is plenty space. The food was good and the service excellent as usual by Celebrity. The embarkation in Barcelona was very good and we were within 15 ...

This was our second cruise on the Constellation and as with our first cruise - it did not disappoint. We selected this cruise for its itinerary (as all of the stops were new with the exception of Livorno - but we did something different than the first time we were there), the price, and because it is Celebrity! Embarkation was as smooth as silk. We were a little early (1030am) but were ...

Have not done western med. wanted a cruise company with friendly staff. The staff were exceptional, except one. We chose aqua class, blue restaurant used throughout. The food has changed since using millennium in 2015. The food is not healthy eating now, but overall it was ok but some dishes same as San Marco. The staff in blu were exceptional. Although the ship has had a refurb in places it was ...

This was the second time that I was on this ship. First time was great (the year before). This time it was terrible. It all started when boarding. I had a couple of bottles of wine in my suitcase which you are allowed and they held on to it in security. I was not informed and had to go get it myself. The food in the café was terrible. People were saving the pea soup was yesterdays ...

Third time not a charm, but not bad.

We chose this cruise for the Itinerary and hopefully the time of year and value...and it did not disappoint in that regard. We had amazing weather. This was our third time on Constellation in three years, so we were doing a lot of comparing. The ship is comfortable but dull. The food has gone downhill. We believe this may be because they are really pushing the specialty restaurants. The ...

We booked this cruise during last years bogoho sale. We picked it mainly for the ports & that it covered 3 countries in the west Med. The unkonwn ports of Alicante, Spain and Sete, France were a plesant surprise which we thoroughly enjoyed walking around exploring. Not to mention the other ports were great with the exception of Marseille which was a disappointment and VERY dirty. - next time ...

Mediterranean Delight

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Cruising the Mediterranean in early Fall is a great way to avoid crowds at the port cities while still enjoying nice weather that ranged between 70 and 80 degrees during the day. The Constellation is an older ship with about 2,000 guests, which makes It easy to get around without encountering long lines. We had an oceanview cabin on deck 3 near the Grand Foyer, which was a very convenient ...
