For the Itinerary, and to try a new Cruise Line after 6 Cruises with P&O over last 8 years.
Constellation was lovely, it's going for a refit next year so will be even better. Food was superb as well as Service and entertainment. The ambience is more informal than P&O and better for it.

Family of 4 in 2 ocean view balcony cabins. We have sailed on Connie before . The public areas are very clean and well maintained. The staterooms are showing their age, however very clean. Let's face it. A 14 day cruise from Shanghai to Singapore for under $1,000 is a no brainer. Thought the charge ($270) was quite high for WiFi. Shore excursions pricey. Drink packages expensive. Mandatory tips. Shops concentrated on very expensive items. We have done many celebrity cruises and this itinerary was a good one for us.
Yes the ship is a bit tired but that did not distract from our enjoyment at all.
Cabin was A2 Aquaclass which was fine but we suffered from overhead noise at all times of the day and early mornings, but being under the pool deck what does one expect! Our cabin attendant Robert was fabulous.

We have just returned from a 2 week cruise around Asia. What a beautiful ship and refurbished to a high standard. The selection of food was fantastic , breakfast times are a bit hectic with people hogging seats and not moving on once they'd finished. Just came off the newly renovated Millenium. A great ship and a great itinerary in Asia.
The common areas are beautiful - soothing decor colors and shiny new everything. Qsine and Sushi on 5 wonderful as always. The new areas for suites are beautiful such as the Retreat and Sun Deck. You feel special being in a suite.
