Celebrity Cruise Lines has a new priority, a new focus, a new ship comin' to town in late 2018. It's the Celebrity "Edge", first sea lady representing a new class of ships. Lot's of hype, lot's of attention, lot's of money$$$$$. As a result, in my opinion, the rest of the fleet is suffering from lack of attention, reductions in crew/staff and absurd modifications to packages. Gotta save money here ...

We have done 31 cruises we have used a number of different lines but we now only use Celebrity because the cater to longer cruises and we like 2 to 4 week cruises and love transatlantic and transpacific. This was a good cruise. We have done six on Celebrity and I would say this one certainly met or exceeded the standard set by our previous cruises. The crew were outstanding, wait staff, cabin attendants, bar staff, customer service, the lot.

We chose this cruise for the Itinerary and the Royal Tattoo. The ports of call were wonderful and the private tours that we arranged with our fellow cruisemates were so enriching and fun.
