Our room was good except we had some kids next door to us who would be quite noisy after midnight, so basically the walls are really thin. I think that is my major complaint about the trip. I don't recall hearing people on the 5 other cruises I went on, but maybe it was just the rude people next door. There were 3 of us in the room which Carnival provided a rollaway bed. If you are traveling with a child it is fine for them. Read entire member review >>

Inside cabin # 6332
Just above the Casino. I could faintly here some of the slot machines at night while trying to fall asleep. It was so faint that it's probably hardly worth mentioning.
Good midship location. Quiet location. Read entire member review >>
We had an ocean suite, cabin 7271 with a private balcony on the Empress deck. It was perfect! Our room stewards Mark & Renee were awesome. The service we received from them was excellent. It was a quiet mid ship suite near the elevators for easy access in and out. The jet tub in our suite was wonderful.
Great cruise. great way to spend our Christmas vacation. Read entire member review >>
7215 was a great location. 2 doors away from the front of the boat, so you could go out and see whatever you wanted to see from the front of the boat. The rooms are small, but who cares, if you are in the rooms for more than a shower, a nap or going to bed, you have missed the cruise! Read entire member review >>
Cabin Nos. 8412 and 8416. Very conveniently located to stairs, and only one level up to Lido Deck. Located under the pool deck, so you may hear furniture being moved around at night. Read entire member review >>

It therefore stands to reason that they will have a favorite cruise line or port of call -- in other words, they are "fans" and will sometimes take offense when a brand new member has arrived on the scene to bash a cruise line.
