We had an excellent trip on the Pride. This smaller ship felt comfortable and homey The shows were excellent and well spaced out so everyone could see them on one day or another. This is a great ship to visit for fun and entertainment. It has to guest capacity of a smaller cruise ship and all of the amenities and activities of a large cruise ship. You never have to wait in any lines and there is plenty of space and places to sit for everyone.

Just got back from our cruise on the Pride. The ship is gorgeous, very well kept and clean. The hallways are chopped up and it is pretty easy to get going the wrong way, be sure the check the room numbers to make sure you're going the right direction. We sailed on the 14 night repositioning cruise from Tampa to Baltimore with stops in Grand Cayman, Costa Rica, Panama, Aruba, Bonaire and St Maarten.
The ship with the new Funship 2.0 upgrades is well maintained with lots of new additions.

We were on the Pride on the March 1 sailing out of Tampa. This was my 4th time, but 1st out of Tampa.
The itinerary was wonderful, we enjoyed every port of call. Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya and Mahogany Bay. The weather was perfect the entire time and we appreciated it even more since it was snowing in our home state of Maryland.

We are so sad to see the ride leaving Tampa. Baltimore, our loss is your gain. Sometimes I read negative reviews on the Pride, and I wonder if these people were on a different ship, or they are just very finicky and over demanding. 1st, Carnival prices are far below other cruise lines. We booked this cruise five days before sailing. We were only able to get an inside cabin which was interesting but bearable. The cabin was fine but really needed some updating. We were directly below the stage which was very loud. We ate dinner during the early shows and went to late shows, so we survived. We cruised on the Carnival Pride on February 15th from Tampa. The ship is very nice, have previously sailed on Triumph and Fantasy, We flew into Tampa From Boston on Friday and had a great Stay at the Tahitian Inn, I cannot recommend it enough. Say hi to Sybil, Mike and the gang for me.
Embarkation was quick and easy and we went to explore the ship. The 2.0 upgrades were evident.
