The crew wasn't as friendly as I've experienced before (the dining crew). My stateroom cleanup crew was great. When I had a question, guest services helped a lot. The embarkation took a little longer than usual, but debarkation was done in a timely manner.

This was our second time this year we took a cruise on the Splendor. Our first cruise was mid March during spring break. Unless you are in your 20's skip spring break. We have been on 39 cruises. NCL, RCL, Holland and Princess. We booked the cruise for the new ports and the value.

Enjoyed the Splendor very much. It is a lot like the Conquest style ship but has a few nuances that the others don't. There is sooo much pink in the decor.
My wife is legally blind and the crew was very good in helping her when I wasn't right there with her.
