Just got off the Carnival Horizon april 2024. I have been on other Carnival cruises in the past and this was a shock. Carnival is not a cruise ship, it is drunken party boat. Worst cruise we have ever been on. Food is terrible. Worse food I have ever had. Their soda package is terrible. You have to wait at the bars to get a can of soda - sometimes took upwards of 30 mins.
