As a 59-60-year old couple we were not the target market for this cruise which is families with children. For many this is their annual holiday. Even so we still enjoyed ourselves. The ship itself is looking a bit dated now having launched in 2001. There have been refurbishments however the theme and cabin interiors are looking tired.

We were part of a large family group on this cruise.
The ship is well setup for families with teens and younger children, and being a holiday cruise there were lots of them - everywhere!
You have to keep in mind, Carnival is a 3 star cruise line, so don't expect the same level of service and amenity you might get with other " relatives" of the Carnival family.

Getting onto and off the ship was a quick and easy process.
The ship and your rooms were always clean

End of year cruise to beautiful South Pacific. Mixed bag of thoughts for this ship.
Pros; Embarkation & disembarkation was very good, 130pm & 8am respectively.
Excursions to Isle of Pines were very expensive, $130 to Marine Reserve.

choose this one as it suited our budget, we could pay it off through flight centre and the dates worked for us. Being our 1st cruise we were extremely excited. My husband loved it, myself was a little disappointed.

1. The crew were fantastic, Rai looked after our cabin really well and kept it nice and clean, Deck 9 Marian and Sukra were awesome, Marian was always flat out cleaning up and Sukra was very attentive in brining me drinks.
2. Cabin was a bit squishy in 1132 and hard for my mother to access with a disability and the wheel chair didn't fit.
