Carnival South Pacific Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

To be honest I didn’t even know what carnival was like when I first booked. It had a 3 days flash sale on and I jumped in as the prices looked too good. I literally had to google where noumea was after I paid for the cruise. I went with my partner and it was truly an awesome cruise. First and foremost we got the faster to the fun programe and it probably took us 10 mins to get on board through ...

Carnival Spirit – The fun ship?

It had been a few months between holidays and, getting restless, Kirsten suggested a last minute cruise she’d seen on sale. I started dreaming of all the meals we’d be eating without needing to prepare, shop, cook or clean up and without much hesitation, I was in. The cruise was a 12-day South Pacific jaunt aboard the Carnival Spirit, departing and arriving back to our home city of Sydney which we ...

Chose this cruise for price and destination. The ports were excellent on the South Island of New Zealand. The ship was shabby, lots of external rust, and our cabin grubby on arrival. This was attended to when shown to cabin staff. Food of average to poor standard even in the dining room. Long queues to enter. Buffet selection limited, especially with salads and fruits. Coffee in buffet the best ...

We chose this cruise as it was going to New Zealand. One of the things to do on my bucket list. Carnival Spirit is an awesome ship. My high lights of this cruise was the El Fresco dining out on the deck under the skies. The entertainment was awesome. The entertainment in the dining room at dinner was great. I also enjoyed the art and crafts at soulplay with Adam. I also ...

10 Day Cruise to NZ North Island on Carnival Spirit

I enjoyed an earlier cruise to New Caledonia on Carnival Spirit. Unfortunately the second time around was not so good; perhaps because we were in an inside cabin this time. The cabin itself was quite a bit smaller than I expected. There was no lounge chair, only a single chair, plus a stool in front of the dressing table/ desk. The single beds in our cabin were only 2’ 6” wide which is too ...

This cruise came up for a great price. Both my husband and myself hadn't cruised with Carnival before so we were keen to give them a go. My daughter and her husband had cruised on the Spirit and were very happy when they went a couple of years ago. Once on-board the Legend, our initial reactions were that we were surprised at the dated and over the top decorations! They are certainly not to ...

Great cruise. Great people. The staff on this cruise made the trip awesome. Room was tidied every day by happy people, the service staff at the bars and seating areas could not be faulted. The dinning restaurant has the best staff. We were served by Kosta, Bahri and Saiful, these guys went out of there way for us at every meal. Best service ever. Our Holliday was with a group of 17, enjoyed by ...

I chose the 3 night four day Carnival Cruise out of Sydney because it was my first cruise and I wasn't convinced I was a 'cruising' kind of person. I was right. I'm not. At least I'm not a Carnival Cruise kind of person. The embarkation was horrific. Loaded like cattle, they crammed us all into the buffet area because their determination to get in and get out as fast as possible means they get ...

Disappointed - VS 7347

I selected the cruise because a friend was on board with her children and mother-in-law. The service in the restaurant was slow especially at the end of the meal. I was on anytime dining and on the two nights I ate in the main restaurant it took 15 minutes for them to take my dessert plate so I could leave and free up my otherwise empty table, mean while there is a huge queue outside of people ...
