From the beginning to the end was horrible. I've been on 7 cruises and this one I was miserable. You first get to the ship and so unorganized and not knowing where to go. I chose this cruise as it left from a port than was about 1.5 hours away. Drove from Philly to NYC. Paid $160 for parking at the terminal. My two daughters ( ages 5 and 12) went with me. Choose as an easy, kid-free, romantic getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday. We took this cruise because of the Casino promotion made it a deal difficult to pass. We had no high expectations.
