Carnival Port Canaveral (Orlando) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Vista

I've been waiting about three years now to be able to experience Carnival Vista. I decided to take my family on a Christmas Cruise because I felt that would be the best time for us to make memories, as well as take advantage of the general holiday cheer that's typically within the air. Carnival Vista as a Ship and a Crew was amazing, however my experience in relation to its guest in wheelchairs ...

Mardi Gras was large but fun

I was nervous about sailing on a ship with this many people. Some of the areas are definitely too small for this many guests. Specifically center stage, the Mardi Gras theater, Punchliner comedy club and the limelight lounge are all too small for this many guests. They try to alleviate this by having multiple showings of the same shows. Unfortunately the times don't always work out with how long ...

The ship is fabulous! Plenty of things to do! HOWEVER!!!!!!!!! The HUB app is the WORSE and FANTASTIC at the same time. Pros is you can see your photos and it alerts what time events are happening when it’s working! The HUB has a chat feature that was always disconnected so messages didn’t go through when needed. Everyone had to pay $5 for this horrible feature. I didn’t need messages to pop ...

Too big of a ship for the size of activity's, food quality continues to drop, everything is a long wait and line

The ship itself, without taking into account how many people they packed into it, is fine. It's nice and in good condition. The overall issue is just too many people. Bars where packed, comedy shows had lines way down past the casino. Dining wait times where very long, and most food was warm and not hot or cold like it should have been. One set of bathrooms by the casino / theater (single ...

We have been on the smaller ships like Paradise and Pride that go out of Tampa and we decided let's take the ride across the state to Canaveral and go on a larger ship. We choose cruises not for the ship but for the destinations and having never been to the Dominican and Turks and Caicos, we thought it would be a good itinerary which also included Nassau.Embarkation was a lot easier than I could ...

Family Harbor Hell: a Toddler Mom’s Nightmare Cruise

A decade ago we always had great experiences with Carnival… With toddlers aged two and three years old, we haven’t traveled out of the country since COVID and couldn’t wait to take our dream cruise to Turks and Caicos, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. We splurged on a Family Harbor suite, knowing we would be in the room for naps and in the room again for bedtime at 7:30pm and wanted to ...

My wife and i and sister-in-law chose the vista because it offered a back-to-back cruise option out of port everglades. We had just finished a fantastic cruise on royal caribbean's wonder of the seas which ended the same day the vista sailed. • the vista was overcrowded, had overall poor food quality in the buffet and food quality in the main dining room was just okay • we had booked evening ...

My 17th cruise (all but 2 are with carnival). My wife's 20th (most with carnival). My review from this cruise may be specific to the Mardi Gras...however I think Corporate Carnival policies are likely to be the baseline for my annoyances and I'm holding the Mardi Gras accountable for the following issues: - We've always loved Carnival because the guest demographic is very well rounded (has ...

My wife chose this cruise for her 50th birthday. It was fun and we missed half moon cay due too the weather and that was a bummer so we spent more time in Grand Turk which was fun. They had a lot of shows and various activities onboard for adults and small children but on the down side there wasn't much for teenagers to do and the Internet was blotchy and the whole ships cruiser's had motion ...

Embarkation went smoothly and overall we had a good time. Muster call has definitely improved since you just check in at your designated station after boarding the ship. We booked an interior room which was actually more spacious than I have experienced on other ships. Our cabin was clean and my only complaint was the lack of electrical outlets as we only had one located in the vanity area and ...
