Carnival Port Canaveral (Orlando) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Worst Cruise Ever!!!!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Liberty

Never cruised on the Carnival Line so my husband and I wanted to celebrate our Anniversary on this ship. They only had one show at the time of our cruise "Flick" not a good show at all, and that was it. Very disappointed. As far as the waiters in the Dining Room, they were awesome, and it was so nice talking to them getting to know where they come from and how long they work on the ship. As ...

I don't usually do short cruises. This was my 29th cruise but only my second 3 day. I live in VA and to travel to Fl for a short cruise is just not worth it. The only reason we did this was it was my oldest son's birthday and he's never been on a cruise. His wife has cruised before and it took us both to talk him into it. My granddaughter and her fiancé were also on the cruise so it was a family ...

This might sound like I didn't like the cruise, but that is not the case. We sailed out of Port Canaveral and had only one stop, Nassau, Bahamas. We were able to board quickly although we were slightly early in our arrival to the port. We (wife and I) had "Faster to the Fun" passes, so we had our own area to wait for boarding. It didn't take us long to board and put our belongings in our cabin ...

Pros: The ports were fantastic. The crew made it easy to disembark at each port (although we did have an hour delay at Curacao). The crew and staff were very friendly. The Burgers and BBQ were fantastic. The Mongolian Wok was also fantastic food. The Prime Rib and the Lobster were really tasty in the main dining room. Cons: The elevators were not working when we embarked. We had to walk up ...

Very Disappointing

Almost everything about this cruise was substandard. The only exception was the great crew and staff. The food was pretty awful except for the lobster tail and the filet. Oh, and the pizza...it was good. The service in the dining room was very, VERY slow despite the frantic pace of our very nice wait staff led by Edwin. The pool areas were far too small and there wasn't a dedicated adult ...

Port Canaveral embarkation a breeze. Faster to the Fun worth every penny. Magic is a beautiful ship with plenty to do. Food choices are plentiful and yummy (not so much Guy's BBQ though). The Tandoor was the best. Dining room service excellent on 7/10 days (my time dining), didn't really have a set server except for 2 nights. Aft Balcony 7466...best room I have ever had. Room Steward ...

I was told that I won a FREE cruise because I had a 5 card straight flush but then they revoked it saying that starting on my cruise that you needed to get a royal straight flush to win. The pit boss said that he was "Misinformed" and that they made no attempt to make it right with any type of comp.. I wagered between 5k and 8k and they do not really care. I will never take another Carnival cruise ...

Nice Vacation

I chose Carnival because my first cruise was through Carnival. This ship is a lot like the conquest. I enjoyed all the food in the dining room, lido, and everywhere else I ate. The pools had alot of kids most the time but this is a FAMILY cruise-line. SO that was expected but we did get our share of pool time. Room service was nice. All employees were very friendly and helpful. I didn't attend any ...

Not as great this time...

Our family cruised with Carnival about 10 years ago and chose this line again because we really enjoyed it. This time we noticed that many things had changed, much to our dismay. We boarded at Port Canaveral, just as before. The agents here were very rude. We were excited, being on vacation and they did not start our trip on a positive note. I traveled with my husband and two adult sons. ...

We have been on several cruises (family of 5) Carnival and RC. We enjoyed this boat a lot!! Carnival Magic had a lot of fun dance/music parties, very-good shows, comedy shows and the food was really good (especially pizza). Cabin stewart was very good. Asked if we wanted morning or evening service. We chose morning and he left towel animals every morning. Dining room attendants were good and very ...
