Carnival Port Canaveral (Orlando) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Ship gets 5 stars, but last summer cruise, too many uncontrolled kids

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Magic

We chose this cruise from an offer through the Casino that gave us a great price for a balcony on Deck 11. We also liked that Port Canaveral is only a 3 hr. drive from home! We still drove in the day before, staying at the Carlson Country Inn Suites. We like the Carlson because its close to the port, a nice quiet hotel, and they offer a free breakfast buffet that is decent! We park at ...

If you love to relax and enjoy your own space, a cabana is the way to go while at Amber Cove. We rented an ocean cabana and had cabana #1. It was so nice to have our own personal waiter and snacks while enjoying the sun on our private deck. The ticket included unlimited ziplining, which was so much fun! It also included an hour on a paddleboat, kayak, or stand-up board. We found out very quickly ...

My very large family - 38 in all from all over the country - decided to have a family reunion on this cruise. Many in the group were first time cruisers and somewhat reluctant to try it. However, Carnival did not disappoint! There were activities and fun for all the age groups - from my 89 year old mother down to the 1 year olds, my granddaughter and my grandniece. Everyone was happy with their ...

Large family group and although of course a cruise vacation is always fun and we all made a great time Carnival was very disappointing in many areas that could have made our vacation so much better and at $1200 pp plus drink package we expected better but cuts have definitely been made since we cruised last in 2010 on carnival dream, we have also cruised on royal caribbean and disney and we would ...

We had fun cause we were on vacation but I agree with some of the other reviews about the lines and crowds on this ship even though we always sail in the summer the Magic was so crowded and lines for everything. I think the problem seemed that there were lots of workers cleaning but not serving, like one man making sandwiches at lunch or 2 men making burritos just not enough for the crowds of ...

More of a CIRCUS than a "Carnival"...

EMBARKATION: Boarded the ship at Port Canaveral. Embarkation was fairly slow. Lines were very long and the majority of the wait was lined up outside the terminal, in 90+ degree FL summer heat with no a/c and no fans. Not a fun way to start what was supposed to be a relaxing mini-vacation. Once on board, although all in my party pre-purchased the Cheers beverage package, the bartender told two ...

This was my family's first cruise and it was fantastic! I traveled with my daughters and son-in-laws and two grandsons, ages 11 and 16. We arrived at Port Canaveral around 11:45 for embarkation and were pleasantly surprised that the process went quickly after being told that we might wait to board the ship. Our Oceanview cabins were spacious. There is plenty of space for storage and the extra ...

Fabulous time on Liberty!

We had a fantastic time on our cruise! I was a bit worried after reading so many negative reviews about the ship, but please be assured that this is a wonderful ship and I would gladly cruise again on this exact same boat. The boat was very clean. Our room was clean with great water pressure and very hot water from the shower. The staff was constantly sweeping and wiping on the ship. On the Lido ...

This, by far, was the worst cruise we have ever been on. Most of the blame goes to the other patrons, not Carnival. I must give Carnival some of the blame, as they did little to correct any issues. The amount of derelicts on this cruise was over the top. Rudeness, playing Bluetooth speakers at dinner(in which no one from Carnival intervened),cutting in lines, kids running around in the serenity ...

We had a great time on our cruise. We had a balcony room on the empress level of the Liberty. Our room was very nice and the size was great for a family of 3 - myself, my husband and 16 year old son. There was plenty of storage in the bathroom. The food in the dining room was excellent. The waiter Telly in the golden dining room was fantastic. On our 2nd night, he automatically brought my ...
