Carnival Port Canaveral (Orlando) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Magic

I was very disappointed that while we had a big list of guests signed up for the Cruise Critic Meet/Mingle, I never got an invite to the party and I was the one who pushed everyone on the roll call to sign up for the event. So I do not even know what date or location the meeting was held. That was very disappointing. Love the Magic. Been on it several times and will be on it again in June. ...

First time opinion of Carnival

We chose this cruise because we had a group of 16 cruising together, and some had a great experience with Carnival in the past. I’ve cruised with NCL and Holland America previously, on ships with around 2,000 passengers. Cruising with 4,000 passengers on Carnival was a completely different experience. DEPARTURE CITY: We flew into Orlando on Friday night, stayed overnight, and took a shuttle ...

As first time cruisers we went with some friends who are frequent cruisers. We left Port Canaveral on the Carnival Magic for a week long trip to the Western Caribbean. We stopped at Cozumel, Belize, Roatan Island in Honduras and Costa Maya. The ship crew saw to our every need. They all remembered our names and what our preferences were. We had a spacious balcony cabins which connected with our ...

We absolutely loved serenity and the thermal suite and thalasso pool. We purchased the weekly pass and used the thermal suites daily. This was a first cruise for some of our group and everyone said they would love to go again. This was a ladies only getaway for the four of us, no kids or husbands. Wayan, our cabin Stewart was amazing. We loved the deck party, shows and punchlines club. ...

Embarkation was amazingly easy. disembarkation was a mess. They said only one customs agent showed up and they had "no control", REALLY? We were over an hour late, leaving us standing it line. The Balcony room was wonderful and Michael, our steward, was exceptional. Dining was acceptable, once we got into the dining room. Once again, the organization of moving into the dining room ...

Had a great start to our trip with Cocoa Beach Shuttle despite our late arrival into MCO, and a good night's sleep. That's about the last good thing I have to say. I will not go on this ship again. The interior layout of the ship and the ventilation system caused most of the public spaces any where near the atrium to feel of smoke from the casino, which was filled with smokers due to ...

The style of ship that has a lot of seating and usually 3 floors of the main lounge is what we need. People want to see the show but it is hard to find a good seat in the liquid Lounge. The comedy lounge is also too small. The reason They made it smaller while adding 150 to 200 extra people. Yes they put more people on the ship and less room for them to see to set in to watch comedy or see the ...

We Did a Back to back. last year & enjoyed. Only choice of shows after supper was comedy & magic. which we didnt care for. would have liked musicals or more varities. Everyone on ship was fantastic . The music playing throughout the ship was too hip hop for us. We are older & would have liked variety. The cruise director was very nice but none of our group could understand her The choices of ...

Carnival Sunshine 2/2/18

We chose this cruise because some friends were going to be on the next one and we had never done a back to back cruise before. The Sunshine could use some updating. The room we had for the 2nd cruise was right above the Ocean Plaza, where all of the bands play, and it was very loud booming music you could hear plain as day in our room and I could not sleep. We did not travel with children. ...

I chose this cruise because of the ship. I sailed on the Sunshine in 2014 and loved the Cloud 9 Spa balcony cabin I had (same room I had this time) the amazing Serenity area (best of any Carnival ship) and crazy water park. I liked the itinerary and the 8 days. This cruise was fairly expensive compared to all others we booked in previous years but we had several first time cruisers that we ...
