M298 was a handicapped cabin, as i sailed with two other ladies that were handicapped...for a handicapped cabin, it was very small... actually the entire room had to be rearranged...as the two ladies had scooters, and it was a challenge to get the scooters in the room...so the cabin steward had to rearrange the beds...I myself slept on the top bunk.... The only part of the room that was pretty large was the bathroom....There was not enough closet space for three people.... I do beleive at one time this particular cabin was a regular cabin at one time...As the door was not the same color blue as the other cabin doors...it was painted red.... Our room was an interior and the first time we had stayed in one as we usually get an oceanview. It was surprisingly large for what we were expecting. The bathroom and shower were very good sized.
We were one of two rooms on our floor who decorated their doors. Since it was Super Bowl weekend, the other person (who was a Steelers fan) decorated with football decor. Read entire member review >>
Outdated furnishings - but was a bit larger than our inside cabin on prior NCL cruises. There was only one outlet in the room, which didn't allow us to charge our electronics at the same time as using hair dryers/curling irons, etc. We were in U14, an inside cabin, and were happy with the location - in the forward ship on Upper (6) deck. It was quiet and always clean, thanks to Tony, our steward. He always called us by name and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. Read entire member review >>
