By FAR the worst we've been on Guest services are unbelievably rude, and have nasty attitudes. The cruise was running at restricted levels which made the trip very pleasant. The cruise through the canal was delightful as we were able to see the locks from many different location. Wanted to see the Panama Canal Cruise was good. Had a few hiccups with getting off the ship. We arrived late in one port , and rather than let passengers off by excursion time, they let everybody off at once.
