Carnival Mobile Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Elation

Just Returned from The Carnival Elation. While it was a good Cruise, I am not sure we would sail on this ship again.Embarkation: Mobile's embarkation port was one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. I advise everyone to do as much online as possible before arriving. The porters were immediately available and the check in was effortless. Though the schedule said that they would not begin ...

Spring Break - Cruise at your own risk

My DH and I recently became guardians of a 17 year old... We decided a quick 4 day cruise (his first) would be a great way for the 3 of us to spend some time together.       I am in the travel industry and have cruised quite a bit (over 30 cruises) and both DH and I are Platinum with Carnival.       The Elation is a great value for family cruising. The staff is very attentive, the food ...

We really enjoyed our time aboard this ship! She is very beautiful and I personally like the smaller size. Enjoyed all the entertainment except the "Win" show. Strange concept for a cruise ship show and some of it was a little offensive. We loved the main singer in the lounge and really enjoyed the duet by the pool on the Lido deck. We also liked both comedians.Lots of games and activities in ...

First and Last Cruise on Carnival

We just got home from a 5 night cruise on the Celebrity Elation. There were 6 in our party - all adults and we were there to celebrate mother's 90th birthday. We have not cruised on Carnival before nor will we ever cruise on them again. We have been on Celebrity and Azamara and while we would rush back to those ships, we didn't even want to enter contests on board where we might win a free cruise. ...

Elation out of Mobile, February 17-21, 2011 The Rock Show, musical was good. Miniature golf was fun, except having to check out clubs two decks below putting green. Room M15 was large, huge closet, big bathroom, very clean. The portholes were nice to wake up to. The quick grill on Tiffany was great, wonderful omelets, outstanding Ruben, and super turkey wraps. The chocolate buffet was ...

A delightful cruise

We were attracted to this cruise as Mobile was the closest port of embarkation to our home and the price was right. We paid about $350 each for a four night cruise from Mobile to Cozumel Mexico and back. We arrived at the Port terminal around noon on a Thursday for a 4pm sailing. From the time we entered the parking garage to stepping on-board the ship was an hour and a half. The parking ...

ELATION is the worst of the worst in almost every category

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Elation

Let me start by saying I didn't expect a luxury cruise. I was well aware that I booked a bargain basement cruise out of Mobile and have enough experience to know that this isn't going to be a high end experience. The good news is that it's exactly what I expected.... A decent ship, with mediocre food, mediocre entertainment and lots of activities aimed at making you spend money. I STILL had a good ...

Carnival Elation-Just OK for us

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Carnival Elation

First of all, this was our 1st cruise ever. Went with great attitudes, left just ok with the whole experience. I myself am a 29 yr old female, traveled with 31 yr old husband, and 7 & 10 yr old girls. We have heard alot of past crusiers talk, and in comparison, we both agree that we were either on the wrong ship, or maybe we're not "cruisers". The lines to get onto ship were LONG, ...

This was my second cruise, and my husbands first. ( Our first cruise on Carnival) We met several other friends for the cruise, so we had a group of 14, which included two 17 year olds, 1 9 yr. old, and an 18 and 6 month old!) One couple has taken about 6 cruises, all on Royal Caribbean, and the first words out of their mouths were... it is so beautiful! That made me feel good because I was the one ...
