Carnival Miami Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Best Vacation Aboard Carnival Glory

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Glory

This was my second cruise and the first one that I planned myself. I did a lot of research online before deciding to book directly with the cruise line. I chose the Glory because the ratings and reviews online were for the most part very good. I'm glad I did! Embarking was a little slow but it had more to do with a very long day that started at 2:00 am (we traveled the same day) and the ...

Carnival Sensation is an older ship but has a comfortable feel to it. In the lower class of rated ships among Carnival's Fleet it still offers a relax layed back atmosphere. I have cruised on the Sensation many times before and like the staff on the smaller ships. You get to know them on a personal level. The fun is always there, with less of a selection of newer ships that now offer specially ...

Carnival; Still Good Value for Money!

This was my fourth cruise on Carnival but it has been a few years since my last. Everything was as awesome as I recalled except some of the changes in the VIFP perks. Some of the cost cutting measures seemed overly cheap like not delivering your purchased alcohol the last night of the cruise. I understand people were abusing the perks though... Overall it was still a great cruise with great ...

Very Good, but Not Sensational

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Sensation

We took this particular cruise (this was our 3rd) because it was a late-breaking decision and was one of two that fit in our window of opportunity. We enjoyed the cruise although a change in course to deal with medical emergency caused us to miss our port call in Ocho Rios. That was a disappointment, but life happens. I think the captain made the right decision. We really enjoyed our relaxing, ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 30s

This was my first cruise but I went with family members who had been on cruises before with other cruise lines. We selected this particular cruise because we wanted specifically to go to Jamaica, Grand Cayman being an additional bonus. I thought the food was terrible except for the pizza, cheeseburgers, and ice cream. Aside from consuming a poor diet, we ended up not stopping in Jamaica due to ...

Hits and Misses

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Splendor

This ship has hits and misses. They shows were great. The staff the first night was lacking. But the next day things went from poor to perfect! I don't know if everyone had a rough day the first night or what. Robert, our head waiter, was excellent. Yes, he had a few mishaps, but was quick to apologize and made things right. Jay, our room steward was good. Our room as always in order and he ...

Splendor was splendid!!!

This was a really great cruise for my husband and I, as well as my parents. It was my dad’s birthday and I wanted to take both him and my mom on their first cruise. So, where do I begin? First, this has to be the cleanest Carnival ship we have ever been on. It’s an older vessel but it is immaculately kept and I was not at all perturbed by all the pink that others talked about in their reviews. As ...

Ports of Call: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; Roatan, Mahogany Bay, Honduras; Belize City, Belize; Cozumel, Mexico Carnival Glory not being one of the newest ships had recently had some of the newer amenities installed like the Cantina Mexican restaurant near the pool & the Guy Fury Burgers but still needed a little remodeling. The decor was a bit outdated & could've used an overall new look. ...

Family Vacation 2016 - 29 of us and were all happy with the cruise.

This was my second time on the Splendor, but this is the first time I traveled with 28 other family and friends. Seven of them were children ages 2-10 and the rest of us were between 17-77 and we all found things to do and had a blast. I only wish that Karaoke would have been more often than the 2 times they had on a 7 day cruise. Other than that, she ship was nice and clean and the staff ...

Just OK; Last Time on Carnival

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Splendor

Food was average - carnival has had the same menu for years - change it up a bit. On last night there were 2 pasta dishes as main entrees - mac and cheese? That cost all of about 20 cents to make - maybe less. The pasta dishes i tried were lukewarm at best. No really good fish dishes other than salmon, how about some halibut or swordfish? Breakfast buffet was the same every day - same menu in ...
