Carnival Miami Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

SHIP OK BUT NO WOW FACTOR LIKE OTHER CARNIVAL SHIPS

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Vista

We booked this cruise in Jan 16 so had been looking forward to it all year. Embarkation was ok, we had to wait about an hour but once we got going we were on quite quickly. Our sail and sign cards were waiting in our postbox outside our cabin. They are not given to you when you check in like normal. On entry into the lobby there was no wow factor given there is no atrium. We were used to the grand ...

Carnival Vista Gives Disney a Run for it's Money!

Our family of 4 never would have imagined that going onto the Carnival Vista with our family of four would be so Awesome! We have sailed on Disney more than 20 times as we use to think that they were the standard in the overall cruise ship experience. Our youngest son, Timothy, age 11 wanted our family to do something different...so he convinced us to look at and to book the Carnival Vista ...

Aging ship with mediocre food and service

My first carnival cruise as it was chosen by close friends for their wedding. Everything about the cruise itself, from physical facilities, food, entertainment and service for passengers was subpar compared to any of the cruises I've taken on other cruise lines. Even the perks promised by Carnival for signing up early and paying in full were disregarded once on board. If it weren't for the ...

Wonderful Family Vacation on a Beautiful Ship

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Vista

We cruised on the Vista with my parents (70 yrs) and two little kids (3 and 5). We had an overall great time on this beautiful new ship. We've sailed before kids on Princess and RCCL, and this ship by far had the best food. We stayed in a Family Harbor Suite cabin with a balcony. Service was sometimes slow, especially at dinner. Talking with the asst Mait'r D he said that the crew to ...

3B's: Big, beautiful, boring ship.

A group of 12 of us aged 25-50 years old chose this ship because it was a new, large ship being added to Carnival's fleet, and we thought it would be great to celebrate two birthdays during New Year's Eve. New Year's Eve? Gotta be a blast right? Not. The ship was full of a much older crowd with scooters, wheelchairs and walkers everywhere. There was hardly any activities other than ...

This boat is too hot!

First of all, we love carnival. We are platinum. I have about 35 cruises with them and am loyal.. but this boat was hot! I was sweating like crazy everywhere and our cabin was even hotter. I did not have them come to check it out, my fault.. I wish I had. I just didnt want the interruption/inconvenience. This was the first time we did not fall in love with our dining staff. They are always so ...

This cruise was perfect! The weather was sunny all the time, smooth sailing! The food in buffet was always good, we had chosen eat when you want in the evening. It was terrific! The shows were way beyond what I thought they would be, extra points on this one. The cruise director was wonderful, lot going on, and everyone was having a good time, dancing, lots of great music. The hot ...

We have been on many Carnival Cruises and love their boats and service. That being said this is the worst cruise we had ever been on. It was like they cut down on everything to save money. The AC on the boat hardly worked especially in our room. The food was poor and they closed the buffet often even when there were lines. They made a larger boat just to add more people. They didn't account for ...

The new Vista misses the mark.

I am an experienced cruiser. I have Platinum Carnival status with 12 cruises on Carnival, 10 cruises on Royal Caribbean, and 3 cruises on Norwegian. There are some good things and some bad things on the new flagship Vista, but the bad far outweigh the good and the ship just misses the mark. It is my least favorite Carnival ship by far. Basically what they have done is taken the same ...

Myself, my husband and 2 year old son sailed the Carnival Glory on December 31, 2016. Apart from the fact that travelling with a two year old isn't exactly a vacation, this cruise was absolutely fantastic and we have very little to harp on. I admit I was a little nervous before boarding the ship after reading many poor reviews, but after our cruise, I can honestly say I have NO idea what so many ...
