The help was extremely hard working, racing around trying to serve you. But obviously understaffed for a ship carrying over 4,000 guests. Overall all cruise was pretty good. Our cabin steward was the worst we have ever had in 6 cruises, She did not keep cabin very clean, was hardly visible as apposed to other cruises and rarely seen actually cleaning. even after additional tipping we still need to leave notes to leave extra towels, change sheets etc.No twice a day cleaning lol.
