Just wanted to post a short review as we just got off of the Miracle to the Mexican Riviera. We've sailed on Carnival before (as well as Holland America, Princess, Norwegian, etc). Also, we've sailed this route before and didn't have any plans to even get off the ship.

First I would like to say that I really enjoy Carnival, and besides Celebrity it is my favorite cruise line. The Miracle staff overall were good, however there were a couple of things worth mentioning. I was somewhat taken back by the some of the staff members on this cruise. (Feb 14 sailing).

We found the ship to be pretty worn out, (going into shipyard March). The vibration from the engine room was awful worse aft lower and better further away. We did zip line in Cabo which was great, fishing in Mazatlan which was fun except caught no fish, and cheesy horseback riding in the countryside in PV.

Carnival, where the fun never stops, I am still waiting for the fun to begin never mind never stopping.
Things didn' t start well when we got to the port to see a massive queue which we would be stuck in for almost 2 hours, just to check in! There were about 10 kiosks but only 4 or 5 manned and it was slow. There was no information about how long we would have to wait, no coffee stations etc, ...

If I would have known this was going to be the last cruise before they were taking this ship into dry dock I would have booked on another trip. The ship is old and beat up. I couldn't wait to get off this ship. It's not that I mind cruising because I don't. I have booked over 75 days on better cruise lines but Carnival Miracle is disgusting.
