Carnival Mediterranean Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Fantastic for family fun at sea

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Carnival Vista

A really good family cruise for the 3 generations in our party. Embarkation was slower than we would have liked but this all paled into the background once we were on board. The cabins were perfect- window that looked out at the front of deck 9- above the bridge. Clever windows meant no-one could see in during daylight but we had a perfect view out. With that said this was an area of decking ...

Overall the ship is very bright & cheery. We loved the layout. Altho very big it didn't seem so. Seating in the Lido Marketplace dining area was very large. We never found it full. You can pour your own draft beer at lunch or dinner time. Love Guys Burgers, the free homemade ice cream that served 2 different flavors each day as well as the self serve machines that are open 24 hours a day. ...

What a fantastic experience, loved every minute of it! Brand new clean ship, with lovely staff, amazing facilities, great food, brilliant entertainment! If you are a family and considering this cruise, book it! This wasn't my first cruise, so I had an idea what to expect, it surpassed all expectations. Embarkation and Disembarkation was smooth, some queues and waiting around, but worth it for ...

This was our first Carnival cruise, although we have taken lots of cruises on other lines. We are definitely not the Carnival demographic being Brits, over 65 , no family and don’t like the Caribbean! However this was a cruise with family for my sister’s 80th, she wanted to go to specific ports, in school holidays for her daughter and family, and no longer than a week. So with some trepidation ...

Carnival Vista 29-07-16 to 06-08-16 Having taken a cruise on the Carnival Vista on the above dates all I can say is thank god this was not my first cruise because if it had been I would never cruise again! I think warning bells started to ring when we had to take all our luggage to the ship whereas on all the other cruise’s our luggage was taken from us at our home airport and delivered to ...

Our cruise on the Vista was my 10th or so overall and probably my 5th with Carnival. Overall, I'm going to give it very high marks. My wife, 2 boys (12 and 10) stayed in a family harbor stateroom on the 2nd deck. If you are traveling with pre-teens and I can't suggest staying on this deck more highly. There is a private lounge with restricted use to families staying in this area. They ...

Such a Beautiful Ship; Such Bad Food

Review for a Mediterranean Cruise on Carnival Vista

We chose the Vista as we love to be on new ships and we had a good cruise on the Splendor; Carnival offers a good deal for your money. So much about the ship is exceptional or solidly good; the food in the lido buffets and in the dining rooms was so below standard, that we question if we would ever go on the Vista again, at least in the Mediterranean. Good points: BEAUTIFUL ship, lots of ...

We have been on over ten cruises with various cruise lines including Carnival. This cruise was selected as the itenary suited us. Unfortunately the service was terrible. The attitude of crew with the exception of cabin stewards was very poor. Senior management were non existent and accordingly their staff were rude and disinterested. The "Vista" being a new ship had no wow factors with small ...
