Cabin was a gem! There were three of us, so our 17 year old slept on the pull out sofa. Beds were comfortable. Our room steward was excellent. One and a half bathrooms in this room. Nice for showering after excursions! Read entire member review >>
Connecting with 2227; only able to reserve via phone call to Carnival. Very happy we did reserve both cabins rather than just one. The price for both cabins was less than one suite and we had more square footage and two bathrooms! Read entire member review >>
Not particularly visually appealing, but well laid out and had plenty of storage. The double bathroom (and mini tub!) was a nice feature. Twin beds were reasonably comfortable, but sofa bed was stiff and uncomfortable. (Window needed a good washing!) Read entire member review >>
We booked a ocean view cabin on deck 2, back in the Port rear corner. It was suppose to be an extra large cabin, but not as big as the one we had on the Victory. We were a little disappointed, but it was still a larger cabin than when you book one along the side. We were also shorted one closet, which was an inconvenience, but we made do. I took pictures, but do not have them available on this computer that I'm writing this review on. I may do another post later on, with pictures. Read entire member review >>
Room 6204 is at the front of the ship with an obstructed view. I felt the view was adequate. We could see the water as the ship headed out into the ocean. The sea was quite calm during our cruise, so I don't know if a stormy sea might make a difference in the calmness of this room. There is a walkway outside the window, so for privacy, keep the curtains closed. There were not that many people that ventured out to this walkway. It is not a thruway, and only goes in front of the rooms at the front of the ship on this deck. The room space is adequate and we could get all of clothes in the closet. The shower is small and water kept running out on to the floor during a shower. I placed a rolled up towel along side the shower to catch the overflow of water. It seemed to be slow to drain. It was very quiet in this part of the ship. Only when the ship was docking did it make a very loud noise. I never heard any other noise from the public parts of the ship. Read entire member review >>
Our room was bigger than an inside stateroom because it had a window. Being on the first floor, it seemed we felt the movement of the boat a little more. We certainly saw the waves passing by as they got bigger one night! We had two bathrooms--one with a toilet. The two bathrooms both had sinks and showers. Read entire member review >>
My cabin (1355) was a large ocean view. It had an extra bathroom with no toilet, just a bathtub and sink. It was roomy for a ship cabin. The beds were very narrow, but nice. It was an adequate cabin. Read entire member review >>
Outside oceanview deck 2. Nice size for three people. Comfortable, nice decor. Bathroom a good size. Good shower. Lots of clean towels. Slight noise when docking. Not alot of movement as low down on the ship. Good cabin choice. No hallway noise. Laundry on this deck. Read entire member review >>
We were in a cabin which was much larger than many of the staterooms in this class, and had a bed which looked out to sea through two large windows - a lovely way to wake up in the morning! We were close to the back of the ship so did feel some quite strong vibrations as the ship was manoeuvred into dock each morning. Read entire member review >>
Our room was quiet.View from window was unobstructed. Two showers one for me one for my wife terrific. Room steward name is Pavlo was #1. Closets were more than adequate. T.V. was great and easily visible but program list was erroneous most of the time. Lots of hot water and towels were always fresh even when we didn't need them changed. Read entire member review >>
Our Cabin stateroom number 2497 was a small but lovely room. The Bed and pillows were excellent, there was more than enough closet space and the bathroom was once again small but perfectly formed. The only draw back and it's a biggy!! was the noise and vibration of the ship. It drove us nuts! We were always awake by 5 - 6am when the ship pulled into port and the engines went on overdrive. In retrospect I should never have booked a room so low in the ship and would advise anyone not to book a room on deck 2 or even worse 1. Read entire member review >>
