Carnival Los Angeles Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Fun Ship

whilst we had a really great time, this ship shows it's age although it is spotlessly clean and well maintained and the demographic is young and fun. We loved the pool deck, with lots of high energy entertainment. The thing I missed most on this ship was a really beautiful central atrium, something a bit gorgeous, as there has been on all the other ships we have sailed on. Somewhere to ...

Have Cruised with Carnival 27 times and we like the Spirit class ships. They do not seem as crowded as some of the Larger ships. Always have had great service. Been to the ports many times, so we just love relaxing on the ship.Plenty of room in our Cabin (6279). and lots of Closet and Drawer space. We do not always eat in the dining room, so this helps to pack lighter. There is always different ...

We wanted a west coast cruise since I live in Seattle. Celebrated niece's birthday and her first cruise. I had gotten a call from Carnival that ended up with an amazing price, so off we went. I never have had bad weather cruising west coast Mexico, ended up running I to a hurricane . Captain was great in letting us know up to the minute details. Went to Cabo, but the ship left before we tendered ...

We had a family of four adults in a balcony (8J) cabin. My husband and i have been on many Carnival cruises but the food was so bad in the lido this trip that we are saying no more Carnival unless it has Guys and Blue Iguana to make lunch enjoyable. Service was fantastic everywhere and we definitely thought FTTF was worth the cost. It make embarkation a breeze as well as tendering at Cabo San ...

Scheduling was a big factor. This was a last minute trip with a friend and this trip was one of few that was available. We missed our first two port of calls because of a hurricane. Not Carnival's fault but disappointing for us because we missed our sport fishing trip in Mazatlan. The zip line adventure in Puerto Vallarta was fun and physical. We did hit Cabo on the way back to Long Beach ...

A Mediocre Cruise on Miracle

Miracle is a pretty standard ship for mid-sized ones, but the Bacchus dining room is spectacular - laden with purple globes to represent the wine god. Room are standard, straightforward. Service overall was fairly medium except from our room steward who was very friendly and our waiter Edgar on three nights, who was a gem. They've certainly started to skimp on things. Most of the buffet ...

We wanted to take our entire family on a cruise to be together for a week. We took our 80 year old parents, two adult children & spouses and 6 grandchildren on the Carnival Magic to the Mexican Riviera in late August. We don't cruise very often on Carnival and now I know why. The boarding process was an absolute mess, waited in line for hours to get on the ship. When we were finally on the ...

My family (mother, grandfather, and his girlfriend) took the week long cruise out of Long Beach on the Carnival Miracle. By the end of day 1, it was abundantly clear we would never take another trip on Carnival again. Being native Southern Californians, we all met a single house and then drove down to the Long Beach terminal. Embarkation was a nightmare. I was the sole non-senior citizen on ...

A little background about us, we are in our late 40’s and this was our 11th cruise. We have cruised Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Princess. By far, we LOVE Carnival. Simply because it’s FUN! We loved Royal as well, and will cruise them again. I think we have another 15 years before we will cruise Princess again. Not a bad cruise just a mellow cruise. We are just not ready for that yet! I had all ...

Nice and Easy Cruise to Mexico

We chose a cruise on Carnival Miracle as we had been on a previous cruise on Carnival Spirit and loved it. Embarkation day at Long Beach was quite chaotic. There were queues for miles, not helped by a technical issue which delayed boarding. We purchased Faster to the Fun and were very pleased we had - it was worth every cent! We were on board in no time and got to have lunch before the crowds ...
