Carnival Los Angeles Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

The docking was a very fun experience as well as the shows.

The ship is fairly large, there is so much to explore (on your own). The cabins aren't very spacious but are decent. The colors are very outdated. The beds are comfortable. The are many dining options, changing every day, the food is very good but you often get stuck eating the same food over and over. The entertainment was great, movies, clubs, parties were very fun. The service was good but not ...

The embarkation process was fast and we were on the ship in about 20-30 minutes, but we got stock in lovely LA traffic and didn't make it to port till about 2:30pm. Our cabin was ready, nice and clean. This is was 5th cruise with Carnival, so I pretty much knew exactly what to expect. I've never been on this ship nor this sized ship so that was a pleasant surprised. The food was actually ...

Top holiday on the Carnival Miracle

This cruise followed a week on the west cost of the USA and what a fantastic time my wife and I had. You can read all the negative stuff from people who have recently been on this cruise, probably the snobs who go on holiday for 13 months a year, or hear from me. We were the 1% of Brits on board and were made welcome by all the staff and more refreshingly the other travellers. We mainly based ...

This is a very quick review of our Carnival Miracle cruise - it is not good I'm afraid, and it is our personal experience, but here we go... Firstly embarkation. Very long process, waiting and then queuing in hot weather There was water provided but it tasted like the swimming baths so was not very appealing. In fact all the water on Carnival tastes a bit swimming pool ish The Cabin. The ...

We came from Australia with a few other families. When I booked I found it difficult to find out about what was on the boat, ie: restaurants, entertainment, what the rooms looked like, which was worrying . Before the cruise stared we waited for 45minutes in the hot sun on deck while they did some sort of check, I didn't know what the purpose of this was as I could not hear from the loud ...

This a hopefully not to long but informative take on our curise. This is my 20th cruise overall and my 6th with Carnival. We flew into LAX the day of our cruise. Only a short fly from Sacramento, CA. We used the super easy Super Shuttle through Carnival from the airport to the cruise terminal. Luggage is then handed off to the Porters. We arrived around 10:00 to the terminal, waited to check ...

First up, the safety briefing on deck. We were herded like cattle onto the sunny side of the deck in 100 degree heat where we waited for 30 minutes to have a recorded announcement played which we could not hear hear due to the complaining that everyone was doing so the whole charade was pointless. We had 2 people pass out on our part of the deck from the heat. We were told this briefing was ...

This was our4th cruise, 2nd cruise with Carnival, and was a family reunion of sorts. There were 25 in our party. Let me start by saying the Carnival Miracle is a worn out and tired ship. In my opinion it needs to be retired or completely refitted. This boat has VERY few features and amenities that the rest of the Carnival fleet has. There is rust everywhere around the ship, most notably the ...

FTTF We purchased FTTF to see if it was really worth it and the answer is yes. We were checked in and on board within 20 minutes and our room was ready. However, our luggage arrived piece-by-piece. The last piece arrived after we returned from dinner about 9:30pm. I thought I luggage was suppose to have priority delivery. We also liked having priority tender boarding. They need to figure ...

We sailed on 9/17/16 from long Beach. This was the 11th cruise for my wife and I together, 5th on Carnival. We have sailed Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess and HAL. This was our first repeat ship. We sailed on the Miracle to Hawaii about 3 years ago. Things have changed a lot since then. Properly, the rating on this cruise should be 2.5, rather than 3 but that is not an option. The ship is ...
