Carnival Los Angeles Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Excited about cruising again

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Carnival Miracle

This my eighth cruise overall and after a mediocre cruise to Alaska in September, my wife and I had decided to not cruise for a while and do other types of vacations. But her sister and some other friends booked this cruise, and since it was relatively inexpensive, we decided to go since we would be part of a group. The group made it very fun. After reading the reviews here we were preparing ...

This was my 6th cruise - 5th cruise with Carnival! This was my Husband's 1st cruise ever! We both had a phenomenal honeymoon! Our cabin was on the 1st floor Mid Ship and we didn't hear too much from below. We slept very well, our cabin was clean, the toilet was a little slow to flush sometimes but we kind of found that funny (we have a weird sense of humor) At dinner, Carnival sat us ...

Always good to be on a cruise

Long Beach embarkation and debarkation is a shambles. I'm told this is not Carnivals fault. They blame Customs and Coast guard for the procedures at this port and that it is a training port for these services which is why lines get help up for so long. The Miracle is a typical looking carnival ship, with lots of bold designs and colours. I quite liked it, the theatre for example had a very ...

We went to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán, and Puerto Vallarta. Never went to those places before and I'm glad I did. It was a great experience. The ship was very nice, although as always there is room for improvement! Embarkation process at Long Beach definitely has to be improved. Mimic Miami! That should be all. They have plenty of space. Add counters at the airport (as in Miami too). Horatio's ...

Although my personal circumstances put a huge damper on my cruise experience onboard the Carnival Miracle, I will say that there were no shortage of things to do. The staff was generally pleasant, the activities were well planned, and there was truly something for everybody. Some of the entertainment staff were less than enthusiastic, but they were also young. The guest services teams were ...

My Trip on Caravan Miracle Ship. !st Day, Was great entrance, having a cane for support meant I was somewhat handicapped, so I was whisked in front of the line. So great first impression. However, that was soon ended with an emergency safety evacuation check. They tried to account for every person. So one of the crew personnel was assigned several pages with the peoples names, and had to ...

Not the nicest of ships

This was our 7th Carnival cruise and this ship needs a major renovation. You can see its age. We had problems with our toilet not flushing, paint is coming off of the exterior of the ship. The entertainers had more potential, the shows were not comparable to shows on other ships we've been on. Not as many comedy shows on this ship as we've seen on other ships either. The lido deck is split up ...

This was our second "cousins cruise" on Carnival. This time there were 6 of us ladies, ages 49-65 with two cruise newbies. Since the Miracle was just returning from Hawaii, this was a 6 day cruise on the Mexican Riviera. After this I believe they begin their 7 day itineraries. We had one stop in Cabo and one in Puerto Vallarta. Since I have a lot to say, I'm just going to hit on the pros and ...

A friend asked my to go with her and 2 other ladies. I'd been on 6 other Carnival cruises prior to this one and have been on other cruise lines after those 6. I was really disappointed. One of the things that really bothered me was that hand sanitizing was not mandatory for dining areas. On other lines, it is. The enteretainment was compareable to a high school production. There ...

The worst Carnival cruise I've been on.

Booked this cruise well in advance and couldn't wait to go. Getting on the ship wasn't too bad but the Long Beach port has much to be desired. Other ports like Orlando were much easier to deal with and you weren't left standing outside waiting to get on. The ship itself was decorated nicely and felt comfortable but you could tell it was getting outdated. Lot of squeaks and rattles with ...
