Carnival Los Angeles Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Left feeling pampered, but not worth the amount of money.

I have to say Carnival Miracle was a good experience, however, there were so many things that my husband and I did not expect, we are not sure if we would book a cruise again. The day of travel leaving from Long Beach California my husband and I had traveled a long way, and so wanted to have a little snooze. As soon as we laid down we heard a plethora of running foots steps obviously from a ...

Arrived at LAX about 3 hours before embarkation. Driver was at Baggage Claim and trip to the Port was much quicker than I had planned, about 30 minutes, not the hour I had planned flights around. Faster to The Fun was a great purchase, our own dedicated line to process in and obtain our Sign and Sail Cards. They could have had better signage to differentiate FTTF from Suites and High Level VIFP ...

Good cruise, some highs, some lows, but decent value

Just wanted a short getaway without having to fly. Long Beach is about 40 minutes from us by car and very convenient. Parking's not cheap at $19 a day, however, and we ended up on the roof of the parking structure. Check in was quick and efficient. We had lunch on board and did some exploring, got our bags about four hours later. Cabin was on Deck 8, pretty roomy with lots of ...

We've cruised Carnival and other lines before so this wasn't our first rodeo but it was the first time cruising with our 11 month old. Unfortunately the experience of mediocre at best making me not want to cruise Carnival anymore. Felt discriminated against before and after the cruise! Details below: Embarkation: The head luggage handler was rudely delivering a message telling cruisers that ...

If cheap is all you care about!

This was a spring break cruise. So, if all you care about is a cheap accommodation, "all you can eat" processed food with 24/7 availability, sugary umbrella drinks, public and private areas where you can tell the space is a petrie dish of germs, public bathrooms where out of control guests get "sick" on a nightly bases and a ship that is badly in need of a refresh-then this boat and cruise company ...

Overall, the cruise was good. I was not impressed with the food in the Baccus dining room. Our servers were awesome though. The cabin was fine and our steward was good. All of the staff was very friendly. Camp Ocean was fantastic for my little one.I will travel Carnival again. I was not impressed with the 1960s Beach Party show, but enjoyed the Heart and Soul show. The ice cream machine is a must! ...

Mexican Riviera on the Miracle

This was my first Carnival cruise, travelling with a hosted singles group of 95, all ages. I enjoyed the cruise, but probably won't repeat on Carnival unless the itinerary is irresistible... it just didn't wow me. Embarkation at Long Beach is, frankly, a zoo. The cavernous dome that used to house the Spruce Goose has been re-purposed into a cruise terminal, and it's just awful. Plus, the ...

This was my first cruise and traveled with a group of 9. We had 3 rooms at the back of the boat on deck 4 with a balcony. I loved our room and the sound of the ocean. I wanted to write a review mainly to represent the staff. Our room steward Mel was as awesome as they come anything we needed glasses, extra towels he was there and when ever he saw us in the halls he greeted us by our first names. I ...

Went to Nick and Nora's 3x - always terrific...had Atak, the beat steward ever, hung out with NeeNee the coolest bartender, had Sandro and Maria (both from Peru) as waiters in Baccus MDR, and even laughed at CD Chloe...was it a perfect cruise? No - Mexico is a crappy place...and the ship photographers are a pain...and the buffet not good other than breakfasr, and the burgers and dogs are ...
