Most relaxing Holiday...... By: valandglenn@bigpond.com
Loved the cabin and with the balcony had everything we needed and wanted, I even had a spa at sea in the cabin. It was the best after a long day at the beach with the walking and swimming and snorkeling to get back on board up to the cabin and have a nice relaxing spa and glass of wine, what a luxury, I did feel spoilt. The only thing I would change about our cabin would be the TV, better positioned and a bit bigger but if that is my only complaint I don't have much to complain about. Plenty of room and the balcony is a bonus, nothing like walking out on to your balcony at sea or in port to see what is going on and where you are.

Bathroom had a spa bath and shower and two basins, it also had a dressing room with table and chair , wardrobe and large mirror. It has one OZ power point, one US and one Europe, we also used the USB port on the TV to power up our phones/Tablets.

Cabin is fantastic, lots of room, lots of closet and drawer space, and a full size whirlpool tub to soak away the stress of shore excursions!

5293 - This is an Ocean Suite with a larger balcony, which is really nice. Being aft, there is some vibration and movement. The cabin itself is in a quiet location.

Cabin 6197

We had an Ocean Suite--Cabin 6197 0n the starboard side. After cruising in a balcony room and a inside state room cruising in a suite is wonderful. Lots of room, lots of closet and drawer space. Bathroom had double granite sinks with Jacuzzi tub. Big king size bed that was so comfortable you had trouble getting out of it in the morning. A nice sized sofa and a small desk also. The only two complaints there is one, yes just two electric plugs (110 volt) in the whole room, and one is behind the TV. I also was under the impression that there are some perks that you received with booking a suite but there are absolutely none. We were told by the Carnival rep that booked us that you would get VIP treatment during embarkation and disembarkation. Didn't happen. In fact embarkation was a cluster. No clear directions. The biggest complaint I have with the Legend is the sound system. The announcements were always very hard to hear. The balcony was very good sized. Had three chairs and a lounge chair and also two tables. Very comfortable.

From Texas to Legend By: buddyholly
Deck 6 Ocean Suites are quiet centrally located. Oversize Balcony. Right above life boats. I could jump on them if I had to! Plenty of closets and a makeup room for the ladies. Full size bathroom with two sinks is nice.

Legend was terrific By: magarico
Empress deck, cabin 6189. Suite. Roomy, bright, clean and very quiet location.Lots and lots of drawer space and cabinets. The room had a sitting room outside the bathroom with even more drawers for makeup, etc. A little far from the elevators but I needed the exercise after eating so much.

Very Nice Spacious Room , Bed A Little Hard , Very Quiet , Great View , Couldn't enjoy our balcony as much as we would of liked too ... All Cruise Lines Should Make all Smokers Pay More and should make them take Staterooms in the AFT of the Ship ... So The Ship Leaves A Trail Of Smoke ... Neighbors in stateroom 6323 kept there balcony light on all night and kept us awake , even with the drapes closed , and they kept smoking on there balcony and We have Asthma , and they kept flicking there Cigarette butts in to the water , other that that , very clean and a special thanks to our steward (Giddings Fitzroy)... What a superb job and he even had a extension cord waiting for my CPAP Machine...

Cabin 5264
Mar 2010
We had an "Ocean Suite" at the stern of the ship (5264). Double balcony, about 300 sf of cabin space, dressing area, whirlpool tub, etc. The relatively inexpensive rates on this ship make this accommodation quite affordable and well worth the few extra dollars. Shop around!
