Lack of follow-up: We had a significant issue when the bar staff served alcohol to my wife, who order a virgin drink due to being allergic to alcohol. She got very sick and spent an entire evening in the cabin, missing dinner, the stage show, comedy show. She was in bed from about 6PM until the next day about 9 AM. Price was right, They have upgraded added meal options and bars on Lido deck. It does not have Alchemy but it does have a bar that serves Martinis & drinks like the Alchemy which is great. We chose this cruise because the dates and the port lined up with other plans we had. I knew that the Elation would be coming out of drydock shortly before we were to cruise, so I was excited to see what was new. We enjoyed this cruise very much. Embarkation was a breeze with the staff taking very good care of us. We arrived at 11:15 and with a short delay steped onto the ship by noon.
