Carnival Jacksonville Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

This was our 1st cruise it was a great time. We took our 4 kids they all had fun. It was really rough the last night we got sick. But the rest of the time was fine. There was a lot of food options. I wasn't a fan of the buffet I went to the made to order, the omelets were great and I loved the pastrami on rye. Guys burgers and the tacos were great too! The dinners were nice the kids loved the ...

This is my fourth cruise, second time with Carnival. I LOVE the fun ship! This is also my first time cruising as a vegan. Everyone was very accommodating and I had plenty to eat! Jose in the dining room was my server all week and he was outstanding!!! He was attentive and very aware of my needs. Embarkment and debarkment went smoothly and quickly. We had an early flight so they made sure to ...

Wanting to go to Bermuda from Florida, the only ship available was the Carnival Elation from Jacksonville, an eight day cruise beginning April 7th. My husband and I have sailed on Carnival before, the last time being in the winter of 2015. Although we do not frequent the clubs or the casino, we have always enjoyed the comfort of the cabins, the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, the ...

First cruise to Bermuda out of Jacksonville. 8 days of heaven. Grand deck G36 was a fabulous cabin, quiet and we had a sofa !!!!!! The Elation has been updated and was very clean and comfortable. We participated in the Chefs Table for the first time and enjoyed it very much. The overall dining menu was large but most food was average. I have had much better food on other ships. (the ...

Carnival Should Do Better By Employees

This was my third cruise. The previous two were also with Carnival. This time, I realized that the cruise director is an integral part of the experience. The first two cruise directors were amazing. They were visible and had loads of activities. This guy, Kevin, sucked. I felt like we were attending a conference or something. There were mostly zero fun activties during the day for adults. Most of ...

This was our 8th cruise and we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. People ask, “which cruise is your favorite?” I always answer the one I’m on. We had a wonderful time. The crew made us feel special. We received a free bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries at the Heart and Soul show. The cruise director was fantastic. Kevin kept the crowd entertained while keeping the show ...

Service was great and everyone was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. *Cabin was roomy enough and very clean upon arrival. * Cabin stewards kept rooms clean and stocked with towels and such as needed. * Comedy Club was excellent * Half moon cay was beautiful and there was plenty to do there. * Nassau was a cool experience. Depart from Jacksonville Fla went to Freeport&Nassau. Would not recommend Freeport as this island in recovery from hurricane in 2016. Most of the shopping in Port Lucaya were closed, several hotels closed. Several excursions were cancelled at last minute. Nassau was great, did the Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark. Highly recommend. All the staff were very attentive. Mary Anne on grand deck is ...

My son was taking his family on a spring break cruise. I went along to spend time with my Granddaughter. We shared a room together. The room was good size and plenty of storage. However our room attendant was difficult to find. I have sailed several cruise lines and on this particular cruise line which was my first time I found the staff was not overly friendly. They did their job but interaction ...
