The bathroom was a little stinky. Also, watch your step going into the bathroom. Chances are you'll have at least one stubbed toe if you don't remember! They supply shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was uninspired, beds are always way too small for tall folks, 6'3 and freezing. Did I mention only A\C available in January, really? it gets cold!
Noisy, smelly, ugly.
Elevator doors were broken, could only access some floors as buttons would not work.
Steward was top notch, gave him an extra tip and he deserved! Read entire member review >>
Rooms on the Inspiration are comfortable, clean, and room stewards are attentive. TV has movies, but no on-demand services found on newer ships. Carnival recently upgraded their bedding, which is surprisingly comfortable. Good water temp and pressure in the showers, but there only way to adjust the room temp is via a manual turn-the-knob vent in the ceiling; so it can be hard to get the temp just right. The room was always cleaned in a timely fashion (in the AM and during the PM; room service is very fast wit no extra charges, other than an expected tip. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was great. Plenty of storage space, clean good sized bathroom and a great sized comfortable bed.
We had no noise issues in our cabin for the duration of the cruise. Read entire member review >>
The cabin we had was a window on the upper deck on the Carnival Inspiration. Not to awfully big but I don't think it needed to be. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows. Did need an extra blanket or two because the first night we couldn't figure out how to turn the A/C down. Bathroom was cramped but it was as expected. I have no negative things to say about the accomodations. Read entire member review >>
M237 - only 11 doors from the bank of elevators that took you right to the Lido deck. It's an aft room but not too far back. No vibration at all except when were arrived back in Long Beach and the ship had to turn around. Clean room, no damages. No sewer smells. Read entire member review >>
Our room wasn't anything special, but it was a fairly decent size for an ocean view room. Plenty of closet space, decent size bathroom, okay bed. The weird thing was we did not have a temperature control in our room, so some days were extremely cold. Read entire member review >>
The cabin was very cool. I had two twin beds together, a bunk on the wall and another bed under the bed so my family of 4 all had a place to sleep. The cabin was clean and we had a great view outside. The only thing is that they forgot to clean it on Sunday...but so what. It was still perfect. Read entire member review >>
M51 - oceanview stateroom on the Main deck was quiet and smooth. We opted for one room for the five of us and although it was tight we only slept in the rooms so it was worth the savings. The bunk above our King bed took some getting use to and the first night my husband and I both bumped our heads. Closet space for the 5 of us was ample and I am NOT a light packer. Bathroom is small but adequate. Room was always clean and well stocked. Would have loved a balcony but you can't have everything. Read entire member review >>
Riviera Deck ocean view R203, lowest passenger deck, nice room, clean well maintained, my bed sagged in the middle, the other bed was fine, the windows on this deck get a lot of salt spray so don't expect a crystal clear view. Read entire member review >>
great storage and closet space, minor engine noise and vibration, but not bad, never used ear plugs, big bright window, very clean and in great shape, big mirrors, you may need a power strip,,,room has one outlett. Read entire member review >>
