Carnival Hawaii Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

We were excited to go - as we had previously 3 times taken repositioning voyages across Pacific with other Cruise Lines...This one had a Great choice of route via Polynesian islands ... Unfortunately in the balance this ship had poor food , poor organization - virtually no port or travel information " Libray sent us the wrong books " , ask X as I have no information about this ... X says ask Y ...

15 Night Hawaiian Cruise

This is cruise we were looking forward to for a couple of years. Cruised from Long Beach terminal and was surprised how easy is was to embark. Past reviews painted this terminal as a nightmare, not so and we did not have FTFUN! We stayed on the Queen Mary the night before and was awed by the ship features. fabulous. The Miracle is an older and smaller ship but that is part of the charm. We ...

We spent 2 days in Long Beach prior to boarding the ship. The free bus around Long Beach was very useful - really did not need a car. We had flown into LAX and then took Uber to the Queen Mary. Uber was a great experience - our first time using this service. Recommend it highly - cost was less then cost of the shuttles. Had never been on the Miracle, but had traveled on the Legend 2 times. ...

We wanted to visit Hawaii without a long flight over to the islands. This was a 15 day "Journeys" cruise out of Long Beach California. There were 4 sea days before the islands as well as 4 after. We enjoyed all the special activities that Carnival had planned for those sea days. There were dance lessons, including hula, island crafts classes, seminars, cooking demonstrations & too much more to ...

We and three other couples choose this trip because we like a lot of sea days, wanted to see Hawaii again without the grueling flight, and considered it a great value. We flew in from Pittsburgh on a direct flight to LAX a day early - somewhat surprised how many others on this flight were also on this cruise. We stayed at the Queen Mary, which was fun, historic, and very close (walking distance.). ...

My husband and I have taken many cruises on Carnival, the ship its self was what we excepted, but the trip over and back from Long beach was not what we excepted. It was cold and windy couldn't be on our balcony without a jacket, give me the Caribbean. The entertainment was great but days at sea and no sun was tuff. The food was nothing to write home about except the Pizza and Sushi. Sushi was ...

We spent our pre-cruise night at Best Western of Long Beach. The stay there was compliments of our travel agency, CompanionShips. There were many cruisers staying there as they provide free shuttle service to the port. Another thanks to CompanionShips for recognition of our 43rd wedding anniversary. The Dining Room staff sang and brought us a heart-shaped cake on the first Elegant Night! Very nice ...

We chose this cruise mainly for the itinerary and not wanting to fly all the way to Hawaii. We stayed on the Queen Mary the night before in Long Beach which was great. The port was well organized and we didn't have to wait long to board. We did have priority boarding because we had a suite. The ship is a bit dated and a little shabby but we really enjoyed the trip overall. We met some amazing ...

This was our dream cruise. We have always wanted to go to Hawaii as we have never been there. So when we saw this cruise with Carnival, we jump at it two years in advance! Everything about this cruise was perfect. We booked everything through Carnival, to include airline tickets and transport from the airport to the port of long beach. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect! We were ...

Embarkation: Another wonderful Southern California day. Traffic at port was light. We arrived a little early as did many of the 550 Diamond and Platinum guests. Carnival reception and check-in team were dressed appropriately for a Hawaii Cruise. After checking in at the normal reception area we were directed to an outside seating area to wait for embarkation to begin. All in all, it went ...
