Food was mediocre at best; hate the new American menu and really miss some of my fave lunches in the MDR. Brunch - blah!!! We flew into FLL and used the Carnival transfer to the port, only because we flew in the same day as departure. We were off our plane by 11:00 AM and were on the ship, luggage in cabin and eating lunch on the Lido by 1:00 PM. The Muster Drill was quick and painless! If you are a slow patient person then this ship is for you. Breakfast at 7AM, really I'm up at six and waiting. Not enough loungers, because there is no room for anymore. We had planned this cruise for over a year.... and a month before, we got custody of our 9 yr old grandson....so we got online and took him with us....the only bad thing was we booked an interior room so it was little tight sleeping but manageable....Getting on the ship was a big pain...the lines were just long long long...NEVER had those lines before....This cruise getting on and off was terrible ...
