Carnival Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

My wife and I had been balcony cruisers but with the Canadian dollar tanking we elected for an eight day cruise with an interior cabin. From the time we embarked to the moment we stepped off of the ship we were thoroughly impressed with the ship and the crew. We elected not to book any excursions but were still able to hit the exciting spots. - St. Maarten - after shopping ...

We are a couple in our early 50s. Adult children, so we sailed alone. :-) I selected this ship because of the itinerary. We are not new to cruising; this is my 5th (4 on Carnival) and my husband's 4th (3rd on Carnival). Things we really liked: ~the cost, of course. Carnival remains really wallet friendly. ~itinerary-Eastern Caribbean out of Ft. Lauderdale--a drive (albeit a bit ...

I selected this cruise for family that had ever been on a ship before and also because of specific dates. Worst experience ever and I travel a lot. From poor service, to the outdated decor to mold and rust in the bathrooms. Not sure how this ship is still able to offer itself as a "cruise". Buffet lines were soooo long... 45 min for a piece of pizza. No soap in the public bathrooms. Usually ...

Family of four, two teenage boys. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary -Turks and Caicos, Amber Cove, Half Moon Cay. We love pools and beaches, relaxing at port. Embarkation went smooth. I read lots of complaints before I sailed and did not have any trouble. Boarded the ship around noon and went straight to our room which was ready!!!! Loved Empress Deck Forward with Balcony ...

Embarkation- Not the most organized. People were standing around everywhere crowding around the roped off area. Once embarkation began, it was very smooth, Ship - Beautiful ship, almost identical to Liberty and Freedom. We enjoyed the adults only pool in the back. Although the seats are taken pretty early in the day, people leave regularly so we were always able to find seats. Not a lot of ...

We are a family of four that enjoys cruising, we have sailed on many different ships from RCCL to NCL to Princess and Celebrity but mostly have sailed Carnival. This itinerary was the reason we choose this ship for our springbreak week. Embarkation was easy we arrived around 12pm via Park and Go, quick passport and security checks, the line to receive our sail and sign cards was long but I got ...

Carnival Commodequest err Conquest; Not So Great Cruise

I was on the 3/19 Carnival Cruise to the Southern Caribbean. The first 3 days we could occasionally smell a sewer aroma in our room and throughout the ship. Tues night I ate dinner at 6pm (veal), had terrible heartburn by 10pm, and by 1am I had nasty stuff flying out of both ends. This continued all night. 3 vomiting episodes, 15 plus bouts of diarrhea. At 8 am I went to the ship Medical. They ...

My husband and I traveled from Singapore to USA for a 2-month long vacation which included road trips and cruises. From Singapore, we flew to Atlanta and took a 7-day road trip south which ended in Fort Lauderdale where we took 2 cruises - Allure of the Seas and Carnival Conquest. Our experience on Allure of the Seas was fantastic - our first on Royal Caribbean. Everything went without a ...

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Utilized the offsite company Park & Fly just outside the port. The shuttle picked us up right at our vehicle and the driver assisted with the luggage. They must use a special entrance since we experienced no delay getting into the port. Even at 1100 traffic was insane. Did I mention that parking with Park & Fly is half the price of parking at the ...

This was our first ever cruise, and biggest family vacation ever. There was 6 of us in our party (2 adults 4chidlren). we had a blast! we stayed a few days in Ft. Lauderdale before we left. You need patience, getting to the cruise ship was a busy, that being said it was Canadian March Break. But once we got to the terminals it was great. We were traveling with a persona with mobility ...
