I loved everything on board but i disliked that they only had one show the last night on board. I wish I had more shows. The menu was great everynihgt. Fun on board was great and we never got bored. The best crew ever! Michael always took good care of us and our cabin. Our cabin was clean. Michael took care of every single detail of it. The service in general was great. The ...

Carnival Conquest had some of the best crew ever!! Unfortunately, the cutbacks Carnival is making is starting to show......however, they are still the most affordable in the industry. The fish & chips place has been replaced with a BBQ joint (which disappointed me) but it turned out to be very good! A new Seafood Shack (which costs extra) must have been inconsistent since passengers on the first ...

This was a family cruise, 2 adults and our littles that are 4 &6. We have always said Royal Caribbean and was a little hesitant to cruise Carnival as we have heard alot of flack about it being sub par. We decided to take Carnival for the family fun atmosphere and the ports of call. Our ports were Grand Turk, La Romana Dominican, Bonaire, & Aruba. We flew from NY to Ft. Lauderdale and stayed ...

We had a great time on this cruise Carnival Conquest 8 day Southern Caribbean. We arrived in Ft Lauderdale a day early. We rented a car for the day and did a trip on the Water Taxi which was very enjoyable. It takes about 3 1/2 hours or more to do the part we did but we had a great time. We left about 5 and got back at 10:30. We got off at one of the stops for dinner at Flip Flops and then ...

The cruise was a nice one. Getting on the ship was easy and getting off the ship. The cruise director was wonderful. My problem was in our cabin 6365 it was just about the band playing in the casino. We go to bed at around 11 so that didn't work to well. Also the music shows were so loud several of us had to put a finger in ear. We three females taking a trip together. We traveled to Grand Turk, ...

This is my 3rd Carnival cruise. Possibly, the last. I have cruised with NCL 6 times prior. The reviews on the ship were spot on. It is in need of updates and repairs. Let's begin with embarkation, long lines, longer then ever witnessed before. The actual theme of the ship is art. This is actually very beautifully executed throughout. The ship was, I am sure, a beauty in its day. The ...

We just got back from our cruise to the Caribbean. We were on the Conquest by Carnival. Prior to our sailing, I reviewed the latest reviews not only about the ship but also cruise line. I have to tell you that none of what I experienced happened like the previous 4 cruisers. The ship, while old, was terrific. Our cabin steward, Indrahan, was great and we had zero bad things to say about him and ...

The embarkation process took nearly 2 hours standing in line walking back and forth in queues like an amusement park roller coaster waiting line. We arrived exactly when we were told so that we could do what we were told because this was our first cruise. Once on board there was a nice young lady that pointed us in the direction of the food since it was around lunch time and we hadn't eaten ...

We have just returned from our 8 day cruise on Carnival Conquest, our 3rd cruise with this Cruise line. We had 2 days at sea at each end of the trip, with 4 port visits. Embarkation was simple, despite the fact that our flight arrived at 7:00am, we waited at Fort Lauderdale airport until around 9:00am and then were taken to the ship in a Carnival provided bus. Lines were very short to check in at ...

Check-in was fast and easy. We were surprised to find that there were numerous areas where additional charges applied for food. In the past, there were only one to two restaurants that charged extra. The main dining room was cramped and less than half full. The wine list was a joke with most wines retailing at $15.00 or less being sold for $30.00 to $45.00 and the best offerings being middle ...
