We have went on several cruises with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean, but not Carnival Freedom. We had several issues before leaving with CF after we did an upgrade to our room. They charges us again for soda and gratuities after the upgrade. My purse was stolen while waiting to disembark the ship in florida. i told the security staff who was scanning the room cards for people leaving the ship. The Cruise was fun. The weather causing excursions to be cancelled was disappointing. We were refunded and understand the weather was not Carnivals fault but seeing in Turks there was just a drizzle we couldn’t understand and never received an explanation for why our excursion was cancelled or why we were just notified when we got to the excursion point leaving no chance to schedule something new. ...
