Panorama is a beautiful ship with so much to do. The shows on this cruise were far better than others I had seen on Carnival. I always say that NCL and Royal are the big leagues and Carnival is the minor leagues but on this cruise the entertainment was top notch. My favorite were the shows in the main theatre who nightly put on top notch performances - In addition the cruise director Chris ...
We went to celebrate our anniversary and the panorama fit the dates and places we wanted to go. Fyi i would just bring luggage on board instead of checking it in next time cause it takes a long time for them to distribute the over 4000 bags. Me and my husband loved almost everything we ate. We got to meet chefs and regularly enjoy 8 different restaurants. Ji ji asian for dinner was our favorite! ...
We chose this cruise simply because we have done all the caribbean cruises and wanted something different. So we flew to LA and spent 2 nights before boarding the ship in Long Beach.
Embarkation was a breeze. We were on the ship pretty quickly. They didn't really check the reservation times. Disembarkation was a different story. We waited for 2 hours to get off the ship and finally left at ...
We chose this cruise because we could sail on our wedding anniversary and because it sailed from a port pretty close to us (Long Beach, CA). We had an amazing time! Generally speaking, it was great and the service was spectacular!! Jaya was our room steward and he was fantastic! Yudi and Sigit served us in the dining room and they were so friendly and funny!! The drinks were always flowing. We ...
We choose this cruise due to convenience, price, and kid amenities. We did not buy a drink package. We did not buy the wifi. Felt like the whole cruise was a sales conference. Food was just ok. Ship only has 2 pools for normal people on the whole ship. Beers almost 9 bucks a piece. I still saved a little by not buying the package. Bring your own soda if you can. The package for soda is not ...

Pre Cruise Hotel Stay
We traveled into Long Beach the night before the cruise and stayed at the Queen Mary. Here is a ...
We are two female friends in our late 40s. We had a great time on this cruise to Mexico!
SHIP
The ship is so big we didn't discover some bars until halfway through the cruise. We tried one bar for the first time on the last day! There was plenty to do all the time during the day, from dance lessons to bingo to trivia. Or enjoying the spa/thermal suites. The steam rooms were super hot which ...
Not good. I’m on ship now. There’s been no communication. There’s been soot on our patio in back ship. Curious where soot coming from. Some say maybe engine? Gotten on clothes and body. Surprised not addressed. Several times they’ve gone on our patio to clean it without notifying us. Glad we weren’t getting dressed. There’s been so many issues. The lining at pool at Havana also is coming apart got ...
Embarkation: chaos. The shop was late into port, so everyone’s check-in appointment was pushed back an hour. In theory at least. Also, there was a music festival next to the Queen Mary that started at noon, so there was double the traffic into the port. For some reason, the city deemed it a good idea to close 2 of the 3 lanes into port, so it took (I kid you not) a full hour to go the last mile. ...
We chose this particular cruise to celebrate my wife's birthday. It did nor start very well.
Due to propulsion issues, the ship was late in arriving into Long Beach on embarkation day. Basically, everything was delayed by about two hours. This led to confusion of the shore staff. At the entrance of the Terminal dome. they setup 4 lines, based on assigned arrival times, however, didn't tell ...
