Oceanview stateroom with twin beds that convert to a king. Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms have carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and color television showing first-run films. Our SuperLiners all feature staterooms above ocean level for a more comfortable cruise.
The Cabin was spacious for the two of us in a full sized bed. This was a conjoining room so we could hear the cabin next to us through the door. We were conveniently located right above the gangway for disembarkation each day in each port so it was easy to go back to our room quickly after a long day of exploration! This room has a nice sized window and there was more than enough storage space for seven days worth of clothing for a couple. Read entire member review >>
The cabin was a little cramped, but very workable. We got a window view at the rear of the boat. I enjoyed waking up and being able to look out of the window, but there was too much ocean spray constantly splashing and drying on the window to take any quality pictures. Read entire member review >>
Very clean a king size bed very comfortable,TV desk chair and a stool, clean odorless but small bathroom..Very quiet probably because it is on the fourth floor...room steward gave excellent service straightened the room at least twice daily made beautiful animal towels for us. Left me a birthday gift of a free photo from the camera men aboard, a free bottle of wine in the main dining room and a 50 dollar credit in the health spa...The window was large.I was expecting a port hole... Pleasantly surprised at the cabin size and storage space. Near to Aft elevators, which made for an easy trip up to the Imagination Dining Room and the Buffet area. No noise problems. Adequate shower size. Our cabin steward "Jose" did an excellent job and kept our cabin in tip top shape. Always greeted us by name. Read entire member review >>
Had a small safe that was easy to operate. Plenty of closet space and under bed space. We LOVED the trundle Bed. My kid liked it too, which was great. Suggestion: Bring Hangers if you like to hang up your clothes, we did and were grateful. Read entire member review >>
R136 and R140 are connecting cabins, R136 has a pull down berth and a trundle bed so can sleep up to four and R140 sleeps two. Great location, perfectly midship and low so mut much movement, close to the elevators that take you to the casino. Read entire member review >>
R196 on Rivera Deck is an ocean view with a rectangular window (not a small round port window). It is on the most bottom level deck for passengers toward the back of the ship. You can feel/hear the engine rumbling but it did not keep us awake. There is a third fold down bed mounted on the wall. Since we were just two traveling, they folded it up and kept the ladder for the third bed in our closet.
This room also has a door to connect with the room next to it.
R196 is very close to the stairs/elevators at the back of the ship, so it was very easy to get to our dining room, and the lido deck buffet.
It is across from a crew only door/access way, we did occasional hear that door open and close, but the sound did not bother us. Read entire member review >>
Adequate space but not spacious, large closet space. The beds were not spectacular but were comfortable enough. Fairly quiet for the location on the ship.
Remember, this is not a new ship, but one that has been refreshed in the last few years. It is a smaller ship, but it is very comfortable and a good value for the money. Read entire member review >>
Very clean and tidy, bathroom roomier that expected. Shower roomy and great pressure. Good closet space. Safe is easy to use. TV not huge, but fits the room (although you can't see it from one of the beds when the Pullman bunks are lowered). Beds and pillows VERY comfortable. Window is huge, but needed cleaned on the outside. Air con/vent easy to use, just one knob to deal with. Good lighting. When bunks are lowered, ladders eat up a lot of floor space, but we got used to it. Is located nice and close to the elevator/stairwell landing. Good location for noise, didn't hear a thing from the rest of the ship. Read entire member review >>
M229 was a good location - toward the back of the ship but not too far from the elevators and stairs. Some low engine noise which made for great white noise. Room was also easy to keep cool. Great window view of the Florida coast the whole first day. Read entire member review >>
