Went with family of 8. Ages from 50 to 80. Maybe that was our problem it seems like carnival caters to a younger crowd. First off the staff were so friendly. I chose this cruise because it coincided with my fall break and it had four ports I have never visited before. This was my 5th cruise and 3rd cruise with Carnival since starting back in October 2016. This was our 6th cruise on Carnival and our 5th ship. We are from Arizona and we love cruising. Closest ports to us are California and Galveston. We enjoy sailing out of Galveston because of the ships and the various port choices. California is more limited in both areas.

I chose this cruise because it had two ports that I had not yet visited. I was disappointed for the following reasons:
1. The telephone in our cabin did not work. I called guest services,they promised to send someone but never did.
2. The air conditioning did not cool. Colter called someone and claimed it was checked but I couldn't tell the difference.

This old, rusty bucket is small and it vibrates all the time. The crew, for the most part, can't wait to get transferred to another vessel. The food is awful with the exception of Nick and Nora's Steakhouse. N&N has great food and world class service and was the only nice thing on this ship. This was a good cruise only spoiled by lack of shade for the sun loungers, No real news channels, and no Guinness. Cozumel was missed because of hurricane Michael.
