Carnival Family Cruises Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

NEVER AGAIN DURING HOLIDAYS

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Magic

Chose it because friends of ours could only get off work that week. Was Thanksgiving week, kids running up and down the halls making all kinds of noise at all hours of the night. Apparently the ones above us and next to us decided it was fun to jump off the top bunk beds onto the floor. Food was not great, and Thanksgiving dinner was a joke. dark meat looked like it was pressed into a form, ...

We chose a Thanksgiving cruise because we have a daughter in high school and this worked for all of our schedules. We rev'd an email that The Pride was running slightly behind just as we left our home for port. This being our first cruise qe e continued just in case we ran into traffic. We went thru the normal stuff like parking, boarding & muster with no problems. We made our way to our ...

Won't cruise Carnival again

We enjoy going on cruises over the week of Thanksgiving. We found this cruise and thought it would be a good choice for our family. We've never cruised on Carnival before so we thought we would try it. We've decided Carnival is not the cruise line for our family. I recognize that a lot of families were traveling but the cruise was overrun with kids off all ages. Most were not well behaved and were ...

We sailed on the Carnival Vista in October 2017 after not sailing with Carnival for years and were so impressed with the Vista we decided to sail with Carnival again. Part of this decision was based on the itinerary as well as a pretty competitive price. Overall we really enjoyed our cruise but we probably won't be sailing with Carnival again for a while especially during a holiday week. The ...

First and probably last cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Conquest

This was the first, and probably last, cruise of my life. Overall it was just mediocre, and in the future I think I will stick to visiting all-inclusive resorts. Myself and my girlfriend (mid-30s) plus my family on the trip. Some details: Embarkation: We arrived around 1 p.m. and got through security pretty quickly and easily except that my group got separated and one half of us didn't ...

Just returned from a 7-day cruise onboard Carnival Magic and there was no magic onboard that ship. My family and I are avid cruisers and pretty much once a year during the week of Thanksgiving we do a 7-day cruise. We normally cruise with Royal Caribbean but thought we would give Carnival a try this year. Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed with the lack of customer service onboard the ...

An amazing Thanksgiving cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Dream

I realized at the last minute my college aged daughter and high school aged daughter had time off school at the same time. I picked this cruise because the port is drive able, last minute airfare was cost prohibitive. We got there at 11:30a and walked right on, with our own bags. We are Platinum and waltzed right in after checking in. The Dream is not the newest ship but I love the ...

Love Carnival but the Vista was just Okay

I will try to keep this short and sweet and the really wordy reviews are hard to read. Frequent cruiser and first time on Carnival Vista. Pros: Everything is fairly new so the ship doesn't look worn yet. Many more lounges and finally a new layout which was nice to see they tried. The pizza was better, the staff was great. Love the new photo changes where you look at everything digitally ...

We are in our young 60's and this is our 14th cruise; 5th on Carnival, 5 on NCL and 4 on Royal. This is our first cruise with our sons, their wives and our grandchildren. Our children gave us this cruise for our 40th anniversary 3 years ago but for a variety of reasons we could not coordinate all of our schedules until we were finally were able to book a cruise Thanksgiving week, 2018. So, this ...
