Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Freedom

My mom and dad will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in three days. The only time I could get a large amount of time off work was around Christmas. This was our first cruise so we weren’t certain what to expect. When Carnival says a 7 day cruise, it’s a lie. You’re only on a cruise 6 days. The first day we spent getting up at 2 am, flying to Houston, riding an hour and a half to ...

Splendor is what cruising on a SHIP should be

We drove to Long Beach from San Francisco the day before embarkation and stayed at Hotel Current in Long Beach with a "snooze & cruise" room. Hotel Current had a gorgeous pool area, very artsy/modern rooms, and lobby & served breakfast in the morning, as well as stored our car for the 7-day cruise and shuttled us to the port, all for less than $200.00. Plus we meet fellow cruisers BEFORE the ...

Carnival Conquest We cruised out of Fort Lauderdale on 12/22/18 for our Christmas cruise. We flew in a few days early and stayed at the Embassy Suites (17th Street). The hotel is very nice and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The pool area and koi pond was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good, very busy at times but during the holidays that is to be expected. Evening appetizer and drink ...

Family Xmas cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Conquest

I knew the ship was older, refurbished, when booking but it was the itinerary that was most attractive--Southern Carib, 8 days. Shocked to find only 1 standard US elec outlet in the stateroom. All other elec outlets were European style. The ship must have been built for a different market and moved to North America later. So bring a converter! FORMAL DINING We could never get in and out in ...

Fun time to get some sun and warmth, didn't gain weight this time(!)

Our family of three decided to book Carnival because of the food quality: we've been a lot more active, eating healthier, and didn't want to stop doing that. We felt it would be easier on Carnival than on some of the higher end cruise lines to not eat rich foods at the big meals since it's not usually quite as good. We also liked the idea of Carnival's younger, more active atmosphere. This plan ...

Very disappointing, I will never take the Paradise again.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Paradise

I went on my first cruise, December of 2018, it was the Carnival Paradise out of Tampa. I highly recommend NOT taking this ship for a cruise - service was great, 90% of the crew members were terrific, but the food, OMG, in my opinion it's low quality and not enjoyable to eat, and every meal I felt like we were just herded through the buffet area like cattle. The restaurant was a little better ...

My husband and I decided to take our teen kids on a cruise for Christmas this year. We chose the Carnival Paradise, mainly because the dates matched up with the school holiday schedule. This was my 3rd time cruising with Carnival and I found I was not to impressed this time around. We had the bed made into a king, which was literally 2 twin beds pushed together. Nothing holding them together, ...

An Enjoyable Christmas Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Sunshine

3rd time cruising on the Carnival Sunshine, picked this itinerary as it fits our schedules perfectly and we've gotten used to spending Christmas in the warm weather. We had an aft extended balcony cabin on Deck 7. We often ate at the specialty restaurants and also had late dining. Didn't use the buffet, but it looked fine at a passing glance, had a couple of pizzas - they were OK too. Staff ...

To have a great Vacation. But the food way below good. We only had one Captains dinner. I ask about the 2nd dinner, and was told that xmas dinner was the 2nd. We want to the Steakhouse, and ordered Surf and Turf. But the food was cold and bunt. The soup was watered down. The best meal was the hot dogs from dell at the aft of the ship. The wait staff in the MDR was slow and not very helpful. Half ...

Family Christmas Cruise

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Carnival Spirit

We chose to get away from the hustle & bustle of Christmas preparations and relax with the family (kids & grand-kids) on a Christmas cruise. The children went to kids club, some enjoyed it, some didn't. If you don't like lots of kids then this is not a cruise for you. There was plenty to do (if you want to) things like trivia, dance lessons, crafts, games, swimming, water slides, shows, parties. ...
