Great cruise for the money!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Sensation

The Carnival Sensation was a pleasant surprise! Although I’ve been on more than a dozen cruises, including 3 other Carnival cruises, I wasn’t sure what to expect on this 5-night itinerary on one of the older boats in the Carnival line. I’m happy to report that it is a great deal for your dollar if you’re looking for a low frills, high fun cruise experience. What the boat lacks in décor from ...

Misleading

There is not enough room to share how horrible this cruise was. First, the dock member lost my luggage as I checked in, and later found out they wrote the wrong room number on my tag and set my luggage outside the wrong door. It took me 5 hours to find it. Then. I paid $85 for internet service to do grad school homework, but the internet didn't work. The staff was very rude, the ship was old and ...

We wanted to experience a short cruise with a relaxing itinerary on a typical carnival fun /party ship.We were not disappointed and had a superb time overall. Our cabin was a basic inside no window but perfectly adequate although did not have any chairs. This was quickly rectified by the steward who provided superb service in a friendly manner and this was echoed by all of the staff we encountered ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 40s

this was our first time crusing ever, we chose this cruise line because it had the dates we wanted. we couldnt be more pleased. From the time we boarded the ship through the time we left the ship everything was perfect. The food, whether it was fine dining or all you can eat food, was the best. The bars were more than equipped with any drink you could ever want and some def worth trying. Our room ...

Great cruise on a great ship, the Carnival Pride!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Pride

My family and I had a great cruise on the Carnival Pride from 2/24-3/3. I felt that the overall experience was very good, from the dining room food to the service of the staff as well as the entertainment provided each night. It was a memorable vacation and I will definitely use Carnival to cruise in the future. What I really liked: The ship itself is nice. It is older but looks good for its ...

Vista not as cool as I thought it would be.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Vista

I chose to go on the Vista because it was a newer ship and I wanted to see what was new. Embarkation was amazing this year. We had an 11:30 appointment and after the first passport check and security, we walked straight onto the ship. No more zones! The ship was nice and had some nice updated decoration that was impressive. However beyond that, they have incorporated most of the amenities on ...

Lengthy But Realistic Review

***Exclaimer***I’m realistic, so my opinions and review take that into account. That being said I don’t hand out excellent evaluations unless I feel it is absolutely deserved. Our cruise was to celebrate our anniversary, we traveled without our children but with another couple who were on the lido deck. We originally booked a lower level balcony cabin but were offered an upgrade to a Spa ...

As a 6 -8 cruise a year veteran, I understand that folks get jaded over time and forget to appreciate the little things that make a cruise awesome. Reading reviews that imply that someone had an awful cruise because the bread wasn't warm, or they used hot stones in their massage when they didn't prefer them, makes me thankful that I'm not in the "what can I find wrong" mode quite yet. I loved the ...

All in all a very nice experience. The ship was very well maintained, very clean Crew was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Customer service top notch. Cabin Steward very good, very conscious of our needs. The dining room experience was wonderful, our waiter was very personable, the food was excellent and arrived soon after order. Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Vista

I love Carnival Cruise Lines and always have. I do my best to get on every new ship they bring to Galveston. Booked Vista at Christmas time for late February. Embarkation was amazing. Smooth, and easy. The best ever in Galveston or Canaveral, for me. Vista is beautiful on the outside. It’s massive! Once inside though, you see the major changes of this class of ship. The atrium lacks ...
