Carnival Family Cruises Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Breeze

We chose this ship for location and departure date. Luckily we had 4 stops so that made the ship more bearable. You can only go down the slides so many times. The kids club was ok. The best food was all of Guy's stops. The Pig and Anchor was not open every day and for lunch only. The pizza and deli would be lifesavers when burgers and tacos were closed. Amber Cove was a nice stop with the ...

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Carnival Splendor

I've been meaning to cruise on the Splendor for some time, finally got around to it and was so looking forward to it. This was my birthday cruise so we booked a cloud 9 spa balcony cabin with hopes of spending time in the spa. Plus we were looking forward to visiting new ports. The best part of our cruise was hands down our cabin steward Sharlene. She was wonderful. The next highlight was ...

Another great cruise with some issues but Carnival came good

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Carnival Spirit

So this cruise was a 5-night Tasmanian domestic cruise. We set sail Friday 22nd March. Check-in was smooth and this was the last time we checked-in where Carnival took our photo for their system. Our Sail and Sign cards were available reasonably quickly outside our room. We got into our rooms and checked the Funtimes which didn't indicate Port Arthur as a stop. It listed a changed ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Glory

We booked this trip as a weekend getaway for a bachelorette trip. It started off terribly. Trying to park at the New Orleans port was a complete disaster. We arrived before we were supposed to board but spent almost an hour and a half in standstill traffic.. then to be told we had to turn around and go to overflow parking and take a shuttle. We were treated unkindly and yelled at- all while just ...

It was pretty good for my first cruise!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Sensation

First of all—getting onto the cruise went really smooth and quick, that was great. Although, it was very difficult getting off. The crew blocked stairways and hallways so it was very hard to find where you’re supposed to go. I just went with my mother, I wouldn’t say that it’s the type of cruise for that though—you would want to go with more than one person definitely. The ship was very ...

Cruising Cozumel

Spring break girls cruise with daughter and granddaughter was everything we hoped for and more. Cozumel is beautiful and a tourist driven economy means they go the extra mile. We never felt unsafe and we cruised almost the entire island in a Dune Buggy. Very fun. The cruise director Deon and Fun Squad (Andy) just made the time on board an absolute blast. The food was good and always something ...

Ugliest Ship I've ever seen...but they still make it fun.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Sensation

I was invited to join a family group to celebrate a birthday, and as the group was amazing, I did have a good time on this cruise. However, the decor of the ship was definitely the ugliest I have seen. The predominant color was dark purple, with lots of neon thrown in. As Carnival does not have any side windows open on the pool deck, many people like to go up one level, where there are lounge ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Magic

We cruise regularly and overall liked the Magic. Embarkation in Miami was a little delayed but overall we weren’t bothered by it knowing we were going to have a Guy’s burger as soon as we got on! . We were also pleasantly surprised to see that the pig and anchor BBQ was also on embarkation day as well as days at sea. That’s also awesome. This was my first time cruising gluten free and went to ...

Another Nice Cruise on Carnival Pride

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Pride

We live in Pennsylvania, so when we want a nice cruise in February or March we choose Carnival Pride specifically because it sails from Baltimore. We go to Baltimore a day ahead of time, stay at a hotel, and take advantage of a Park & Cruise package. We weren't looking for a specific itinerary. As long as the weather is warmer and the ports are pleasing to the eye, we go. We actually love sea ...
