Carnival Caribbean Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Average Ship, Great Customer Service

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Vista

With Vista being the new, cool boat we were expecting more of a grand experience. The ship itself is horrible, terrible layout, hard to get around with no main thoroughfare from front to back of ship. Many reviews say the employees aren't happy and hate their job. We didn't experience this at all, in fact they were the highlight of our trip. everyone we had contact with was very pleasant. ...

This ship seemed to have so many things to do. It was new. Seem exciting. We had a great time! 6 day cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman & Cozumel. Huge ship. 6 days wasn't enough time for us to see all of it or do everything we wanted to do. 1. PIXELS is amazing. No more printed photos to find & flip through. There is a pixels station. It's all digital! Best of all, you can view & order all ...

Decline in service and entertainment

Chose this cruise for the price and location. The food was okay but not like previous cruises. On a few nights we didn't eat in the dining room and just went to the buffet. They had extremely limited choices. Only a small section of the buffet was open. It seemed that they wanted everyone to eat in the dining room. We took the kids to the 8pm shows in the theater and had to leave because they ...

We planned this cruise over 20 months in advance. We were cruising to celebrate our 20 Year anniversary, our oldest son's high school graduation, and our youngest son's 15th birthday. This trip was perfect. We arrived at 11:00 to Port Canaveral per our selected check in time. We were checked in and on board within 45 minutes. While waiting or our room, we had some lunch and some drinks. Took ...

Freedom still a Favorite

We have cruised 9 times with Carnival and NCL on many ships. Freedom is one of my favorite ships for amenities offered, layout, and the Cruise Director and his team. From Guys Burgers and Blue Iguana Cantina to Red Frog Pub, from Camp Ocean to Serenity, this ship has almost everything you want on a cruise ship. Comedy shows are always great. We did have one comedian that we did not enjoy at ...

First Cruise Ever!

This was mine and my husband’s first cruise and it was absolutely fantastic! While I could write a novel about our experience but I will try to condense it down. We were able to get right in our room with no problem and met our room stewards right away Ni Lhu was amazing the whole week. We always had towels, fresh ice and anything extra I needed was in my room right away. Needless to say she ...

Fun Cruise But A Little Disappointed

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Splendor

We have cruised on Carnival three times and Royal Caribbean once. Until this cruise, we had preferred Carnival, but I think we'll probably consider another cruise line for our next trip. This ship simply didn't live up to our expectations based on our previous experiences with Carnival. We traveled with two other families. Our party had 14 people ranging in age from 10 to 52. We chose the ...

Overall great experience! This was our 4th cruise with Carnival, probably the best one to date. This review is lengthy. Allow 8-10 minutes. We arrived for embarkation early. About 11:10 and went straight through security to the reception desk and then seating area. On the ship in about 20 minutes from the time we entered the building. Once on the ship you have to go to either deck 5 or deck 10 ...

We have been on many Carnival Cruises. I miss the way they used to be. Dont get me wrong the ship was clean and we enjoy the dining room. So many things have changed over the years such as no Midnight buffets, no past guest get togethers unless you are a plantinum or diamond. The shore excursions through Carnival are ridiculously expensive! I have learned to book privately and most of the ...

We went to St. Maarten, St. Kitts, San Juan PR and Grand Turk. Can't say enough about how enjoyable this was from start to finish. If you ever book a cruise and see that MARQ Anthony is your Cruise director you are in for a treat. He loves his job and it shows. His interaction with the Adults and the kids was just perfect. We were in 7344,great location, two floors down from Lido and two ...
