This was my family's first cruise and it was fantastic! I traveled with my daughters and son-in-laws and two grandsons, ages 11 and 16. We arrived at Port Canaveral around 11:45 for embarkation and were pleasantly surprised that the process went quickly after being told that we might wait to board the ship. Our Oceanview cabins were spacious. There is plenty of space for storage and the extra ...
This is my second cruise, but the first time traveling with Carnival. Let me just say, I had a wonderful time..
I traveled with my sisters and her family, and my 16yr old daughter.
Just to summarize..
The food was great in the buffet. If you get a chance, try the Egg and salmon, for breakfast. in the main dining restaurant, Don't for get to Say "Hey" to Alfredo and Pedro, really nice ...
We chose this Carnival cruise because of the convenience of the departure city, the reading of the Pride previous reviews and the selective Port of Calls. We were very impressed with the smooth transition through embarkation and disembarkation. Maxine in guest services was very professional, polite and helpful in explaining the Sail and Sign card. Maxine also exemplified a beautiful smile and a ...
We had 3 families-extended- with a total of 10 people, including 4 kids aged 1, 3, 8 and 8. Because we purchased Faster to the Fun, embarkation went faster. One family had an issue with pictures not working but only had to be taken at a different spot. We each had extended balcony cabin next to one another. The first few days were rough seas with the weather but then smooth until Saturday. The ...
After waiting over a year from when we booked, the day finally arrived and we boarded the Breeze for our 7 days cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
First the positives - Our room steward and dining staff were top notch! They work their tails off and their pride in their work shows! The show "Flick" was OUTSTANDING! Don't get off the ship without having ordered a BLT from room ...

We picked this cruise because of the itinerary. We flew into Fort Lauderdale Friday night before the cruise to make sure we were there in a timely manner. Embarkation went smoothly as could be expected. We had requested a 12:30-1:00 pm check in. We were a little late but had no problems. Rooms are supposed to be available at 1:30. Our room was not ready yet but we put our stuff in the closet and ...
It's about time to retire this ship. It's old, dirty and has very little to offer. Pictures are always better then reality 9 times out of 10. So disappointed by the ship. Great family trip, can't even imagine the time we would have had on a different cruise line. The DJs were AWFUL, drinks were all watered down and this one blonde bartender in the martini bar was so nasty all the time!
I will ...
Celebrating 50th birthday for one in our group. MDR service and food was very good; crew overall was great. Only ate Lido Buffet once and it was okay. Seaday brunch is still my favorite, but the Blue Iguana has replaced the omelet line as my favorite breakfast on port days. Alchemy and Red Frog Pub are my favorite afternoon/evening hangouts and they were great as usual. I enjoyed Guys fries ...
We did conquest a long time ago and it was good. When embarking the ship it went very smoothly. I am a vip and I was very happy with how quickly it moved along. This time the ship needed renovation which is coming up soon, in I believe October of this year. Some staff were exceptional like our Bar tender Dania and Our head waiter Bagus. I'm sure I misspelled there names, sorry. Was disappointed ...
