Carnival Caribbean Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

We where not happy with the change of the route, but who cares we had a blast. Never saw the cruise director but it didn't matter either. We did hear him coming from the ceiling lol. Our cabin steward was awesome. The dinning at your own time has improved. The ship was clean at all times. It's an older ship but it got us there and back. The buffet could use a redo in the lido deck the food there ...

Not Bad, but not great either

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Magic

I've been on several Carnival ships and I must say that Magic was not my favorite. Overall, the ship is showing its age and I was very surprised that there was a lot of visible rust. All of the public area windows were dirty and weren't washed the entire cruise. Every cruise I've ever been on, there's always someone painting and washing windows - not this one. Foul odors in many places - was ...

Partial Panama Canal

Another Halloween cruise with friends, plus another Journey cruise. Ship went thru new locks, entered lake and turned around and waited it's turn to exit. Visited several ports along the 14 day cruise. Dutch West Indies are our favorite. We have tranversed the canal before, but not the new canal. The ship is showing it's age and the workers are tired. Looks to me the staff has been reduced at the ...

Children on the Dance Floor - Dangerous - Safety Issue

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Carnival Freedom

The low rating is entirely due to the issue described. Except for the issue described below the cruise would have been fantastic from the service to the food to the excursions. As a ballroom dancer we found the music for dancing was great from Waltz to East Coast Swing. There was a two piece violinists who played music from Mission Impossible - Tango to Michael Jacksons Billy Jean - Hustle to ...

Glory Halloween Cruise

Average cruise. Had a relaxing vacation. Ships decorations were subpar for Halloween. Just a few blowups. I expected more. Platinum paperwork and drink coupon received on day 6 instead of day 1. Anytime dining was good. Food was good. We had a great waiter the first night so we requested him every night. Cave tubing in Belize was fun. Loved swimming with the stingrays but Rum Point was a waste of ...

The departure destination was convenient to aboard the ship. The staff and crew were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept clean everyday. The staff and crew were very professional with directions and information. The dinning areas were very well kept. I really appreciate the non-smoking sections for smokers. The cabin was very comfortable for two adults. The services were on point and ...

While we love the Freedom and Carnival, this was the best cruise ever. It was our honeymoon, and not only were the staff great, the passengers were very friendly and helped make the cruise even better. Aruba, Curacoa, and Cartegena all wowed us more than expected - and our expectations were high. The shore excursions were great, but we would definitely take a cab to a specific beach next time in ...

8 Day Exotic Eastern Caribbean Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Conquest

We had never been on the Carnival Conquest and that is why we choice this cruise. The size of the ship is what we prefer. Embarkation took more than 1 1/2 hours which is more than we are used too. Disembarkation was terrible with at least an hour long line to self assist. We have in the past walked off in 15 minutes. The food was outstanding and I didn't get a chance to try many choices on the ...

This was our first cruise and we had a bumpy start. Frist day thy were very late with our luggage. We wanted to watch the ship leave port. We had not eaten all day and by the time we got to our room most places were closed. We did have some bad weather the first two days. They had the late night food and pizza outside in the wind and rain and we had to wade through water. Then the next night ...

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Sensation

We selected this cruise because when we compared to other cruise lines, sailing times, etc. we got more for our money. We are a family of four (two teenage children) so we definitely needed space for a five day cruise. We opted for a grand suite and so happy we did. The couch folds out to a bed plus we had a roll-away cot so every had their own bed to sleep in. Our stateroom steward, Viktor was ...
