Carnival Caribbean Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Great Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Conquest

I gave this 5 stars not because it is super luxury, but because it met and exceeded my expectations for a relaxing 6 day getaway. The food in the dining room was good, we even had lobster on the second night. I was at the 8:15 late dining and we were usually done with dinner by 9:30 in time to catch the ships evening activities. My cabin steward provided great service, my room was ...

We have cruised with Carnival 4 times now, on the Ecstasy, Freedom Miracle, now Splendor. Once on Holland America and once with Princess. The Embarkation was one of the easiest yet. We chose this cruise because of the ports to be visited and we love to cruise. The ship it self is ok, may be in need or a make over. The Lido restaurant was just fine a lot of variety and very good ...

Terrible ship for anyone looking for peace, quiet, comfortable chair to read

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Ecstasy

Port close to home, longer cruise (10-Day Journeys cruise). Never again. Ship is a terrible sea day ship for those of us who like to retire to the usually quiet and peaceful muster deck to read and watch the sea and islands go by (and sometimes even sea creatures). There are no loungers on the muster deck here. With 6 sea days, a tiny serenity deck infested by chair hogs, and nowhere to ...

I chose this cruise because when I went some years ago I was on a walker and in wheel chair but on another ship. The entertainment was not good and people didn’t respect the smoking areas me and my husband has asthma and we had to keep tell the people’s that bring the drinks and if we didn’t say anything they didn’t either. My husband wanted to go in the casino but the smoke was so bad. And dI ...

Excellent!!!!! The Dream is just that a dream of a vacation. The ship is well maintained and very clean. We had good food at the buffet and excellent food in the dinning room. Guys burgers and the BBQ were very good. The midnight snacks with grilled ham and cheese, buffalo chicken, 1/4 lb hot dogs, pizza and cookies served on the back of ship after 10:30pm. The Dream has an amazing Cruise Director ...

Good Cruise with Disappointments

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Breeze

Carnival is still our cruise lines of choice after experiencing five cruises, three of which have been with Carnival. The ship, Breeze, has beautiful décor throughout, its staff provide superior service and are very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent in the dining rooms, buffets, specialty restaurants and cafes. The overall price was competitive with others in the cruise industry. Our ...

We love cruising with Carnival, as we know what to expect, and we like longer cruises, so this 10 day was a perfect choice for us. We ha cabin U-40 which had lot of room, and we were comfortable with the temperature Very little bathroom storage, but we made adjustments. Room was actually for 4, so at headboard there was this ledge overhead and you could no sit back and watch TV and you had to be ...

Badly Designed Ship

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Vista

We have sailed many times on Carnival, but have been sailing other cruise lines, recently, for a change. We chose this cruise because it was a chance to try out the new Carnival Vista while going to our favorite island, St. Martin. Well, that didn't happen, due to Irma, so our itinerary was changed. Still, we got to see Carnival's new Flagship. We were not only unimpressed, but depressed. ...

Nice ship, cruise not what we hoped for.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Vista

We chose this cruise to sail specifically on the Carnival Vista, with an aft extended balcony stateroom, with the original ports of call -- and we waited 18 months from inception of planning to be able to do this and miss hurricane season. So, it was a huge disappointment for the cruise to be re-routed to different ports that sent us back to Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao, where we visited in 2015 and ...

Beautiful ship but not as elegant as some of the older ships

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Vista

We took this cruise primarily to see the newest ship but also the original itinerary. We ended up with the ABC islands instead because of the weather and they were fantastic. The Vista is a beautiful ship but not as open and elegant in some areas as the older ships. There was plenty of room for the guests but gone are the big beautiful Atriums and comfortable seating along the walkways. The ...
